  We had an awesome experience at Raymour & Flanigan, and our sales person Abdul went above and beyond to make sure our purchase went as smoothly as possible. He was incredibly patient while we took our time deciding on the right couch and never made us feel rushed. We actually purchased our sofa in white initially, then came back the very next day to change the color, and he made the entire process quick and hassle free. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help made the experience so much better. We highly recommend Abdul and this Raymour & Flanigan location to anyone looking for great customer service!

  I came in hoping to find a sectional couch for my new place. Pamela Walker helped me tremendously. She took the time to figure out measurements and the vision I had for a sectional. Pamela and her manager were both very friendly through the process. They even had a visual diagram of the sectional I chose ready for me to see with the measurements that I gave them for my living room. It was great to see how it would potentially look. I appreciate all of the help and the fact that Pamela didn’t give up with trying to assist me with my ideas. She was also very nice with answering all the many questions that I had during the process. Thank you Pamela for the easy and smooth sectional couch shopping experience!!

  I made a $13,000 purchase from R&F in December 2025, and the furniture was delivered in mid-January. From the beginning, I felt welcomed by our salesperson, Frank. His professionalism, product knowledge, and excellent customer service gave me the confidence to make the purchase, including the Platinum Warranty for the leather sofa set. Unfortunately, shortly after delivery, one of the electric recliners stopped working. Since then, I have made eight trips back to the store and have had four different technicians visit my home, yet the issue remains unresolved. Most concerning is the lack of communication and coordination within the service process. Since the second technician’s visit, the problem was identified as a failed motor that needed replacement. Given that diagnosis, I do not understand why additional technicians continue to be sent simply to investigate the same issue. R&F should have provided the technician with a replacement motor and completed the repair instead of repeatedly scheduling inspections. To be clear, all of the technicians who visited were courteous, professional, and polite. My frustration is not with them. Rather, this appears to be a failure of R&F’s customer support system and internal knowledge transfer process. Information is not being effectively communicated between service visits, resulting in unnecessary delays and repeated appointments. Adding to the frustration, it is nearly impossible to reach someone through the customer support phone line. On multiple occasions, I have waited on hold for more than 20 minutes without getting assistance. As a result, we have repeatedly had to drive back to the store in person just to obtain updates on the status of our service request.
