    I came in to raymour and flanigan to look for a mattress for my son and I needed it immediately, I mean tomorrow. I was greeted at the door by this nice fellow Frank Land a sales consultant at the store. Frank immediately listened to my needs and took me directly to the mattress within my budget to include box spring and bed frame. I’m a long time customer of R & F and this was the fastest transaction I’ve ever experienced in store. Frank knows his business in mattresses. If your ever looking for someone who is compationet, Frank is your man 😉😉😉

    Had a great experience purchasing a mattress with my mother! Our sales representative, Faith, provided exceptional customer service and took the time to truly listen to our feedback and needs. Her extensive knowledge and experience made the entire process smooth, easy, and enjoyable. She was friendly, professional, and never made us feel pressured at any point. The delivery process was also quick and seamless, which made the overall experience even better. Wonderful team all around!

    I’ve been dealing with FAITH for I don’t know how many years. She has been beyond responsive and it’s come to the point where I don’t even go into the store, she just sends me pictures of furniture and I purchased it site unseen. I’ve dealt with her for so long that she knows my taste. You should specifically ask for her if you’re going into the Garden City more again. That’s how much I trust her! Highly recommended FAITH and Garden City is exceptional!

    I stopped in recently just to browse for furniture for my new apartment and get a better idea of what I wanted. I honestly wasn’t planning on buying anything, but after working with Fatima, I ended up finding a sofa I absolutely loved and purchased it. She was incredibly pleasant, patient, and easy to talk to, and she made the whole experience feel relaxed instead of pushy. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness really stood out and made shopping there enjoyable.

    Nursery furniture order placed Nov and was paid off 3/27/26. On 3/30/26 we went set up delivery and were told 3 pieces were not in stock, although they were when order was placed. Partial delivery was scheduled for the items available for 4/7/26. We were given a date of 4/10/26 that 2 items would be available and 5/1/26 for the 3rd item and that we would be notified of the availability to schedule delivery. When 4/10 came & went I called on 4/16 to inquire and the system still showed the 4/10 available date. Someone was to reach out to the warehouse and on 4/18 I called again and was only told about the 3rd piece was still showing 5/1 date. When I called on 4/18, I pressed for an answer on the items that showed the 4/10 available date I was eventually told that the pieces did come in on 4/10, as the system indicated, but they were "distributed elsewhere" meaning, given to another customer. When I complained and demanded to speak with someone above the person at the desk, a manager eventually got on the phone and blamed the salesperson as that is the individual who should have been communicating to me about the delivery and went on to say she no longer worked there, isn't that convenient. In all the years I have been a customer with your store, I have never dealt with the salesperson after my order was placed. I find it despicable that this manager chose this manner to deal with my situation by blaming someone no longer with the company. In the meantime, I also needed need to know about the items that were going to come in on 5/1to make sure those were still on track so I called back on 4/23. Then on 4/27 for update and was told someone would call back within 2 hrs but never heard back. I called back and asked to speak with a manager twice and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. When someone finally came on the call and said he was a manager I asked to track the shipment and he said he couldn't but said he would call JFK airport the next day if they could provide an update. Again, I was told we were not getting proper updates because the salesperson was no longer there. Additionally, I was told that one of the items was not attached to the order and showed it as a special order which is probably why it is not showing ETA (are we making this up as we go along!). All items were on my order when I placed it and paid the deposit and when I paid for it in full and was provided a copy of the full order. Finally having enough, I decided to take this to the next level to see if it could be resolved or have the original delivered items picked up and get a refund for everything. On 4/28, I tracked down the customer service number to speak with someone higher than store level and spoke with a representative named Ashley who was extremely pleasant and helpful. She said she was going to send this as an escalation to the regional director of sales named Sherry who I should hear from within 24-48 hrs. In addition, she was going to refund me $254.99 for the inconvenience, which I have yet to see. I never heard from Sherry or anyone else in that time frame but on 4/30 I received an email and text message that the order was ready for delivery which we immediately scheduled. Delivery was received 5/7. I will say the one thing that Raymour & Flanigan does not make easy is reaching out beyond the store level, it took a good deal of time to find that corporate number and even when calling it asks for zip code and gives the option to call back rather than holding for the 2 minute wait time as a method to have local store respond. An update on the refund would be nice.
