    This store is a complete mess but there’s always that one employee that goes above and beyond. This was our first time at Lowe’s, we were about to walk out and leave all of our purchase at the store since we couldn’t get wood cut. Adam saw we were struggling and lended a helping hand to cut the wood BY HAND. AMAZING. I HAVE NEVER SEEN CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THAT ANYWHERE! If it weren’t for Adam I would never shop at Lowe’s again.

    I had a very disappointing experience at the Lowe’s Home Improvement propane exchange/refill area today. I paid for my propane refill and waited outside for more than 20 minutes. During that time, I went inside 4–5 times asking for assistance because nobody came to help. Instead of solving the issue, customer service kept telling me, “If you don’t want to wait, we can refund you.” That’s not the point — I came because I needed propane, not to waste my time waiting with no help. What made the experience worse was the rude attitude from the customer service staff. There was a young lady at customer service and another employee wearing glasses who were both dismissive and unhelpful. No apology, no urgency, and no effort to actually help the customer. Very poor customer service and extremely frustrating experience. Lowe’s seriously needs to improve communication and customer support for propane service.

    Shopping for spring flowers. The selection was great, everything was fresh and vibrant. Clean, well organized garden center. Will be back for vegetable plants !!!

    I had a very disappointing experience at the Lowe’s in Garden City, NY. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend shopping at this location. When customers have an issue, managers should make an effort to help resolve it by reviewing the order, checking receipts, or looking up purchases made with a credit card. Instead, the manager I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to assist. When I asked to speak with the store’s general manager, I was simply told, “1-800-Lowes.” That response was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of customer service. Because of this experience, I do not plan to shop at Lowe’s again.

    I had a really positive experience thanks to Daniel and Alexis from the fulfillment team. Both were professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful with everything . They worked well together, communicated clearly, and made everything easy and stress free Thank you once again Daniel and Alexis will definitely be coming back for more gardening supplies.
