  Dealing with the staff at Rainbow Pools has been excellent. Their responsiveness, communication and knowledge has been a great help to us this season. The office staff have been very helpful and responsive to questions about scheduling, pricing on equipment & chems, and services. Their maintenance staff is great as well. Easy to talk with, hardworking, and knowledgable. We are very pleased with the service this season. Keep up the great work!

  Rainbow pools has serviced our hot tubs for over 15 years. They are reliable, effective and very responsive to customer needs. And we have always experienced their pricing as honest and very fair. We feel extremely fortunate and grateful for their service!

  I have used Rainbow pools for nearly 15 years. The previous owner used them so we continued. Every year I swear I’m not going to use them again. Every closing is fine. Every opening is always a disaster. Without hesitation there is always a problem that I have to shell out more and more money for. They create issues that you have to then fix. You never see the same repair crew twice in a row, which I should have seen as a red flag. This year just finished it for me. Maybe they should stick to building pools not maintaining them because they are losing that battle.

  Rainbow Pools built my pool and have been servicing it for the last five years. I have found them to be very easy to work with always happy to help. The people that they have who come to our house are very polite very nice lovely people. Rainbow is not the cheapest option in Duchess County, but sometimes the extra money is actually worth it and this is one of those times.
