I never leave reviews, but this time I felt I needed to because I am unable to find any other way to express my dissatisfaction with the employee, David.
I went in person to speak with someone about unit price increases and what options I had. David was obviously annoyed from the start and giving me attitude at all my questions, claiming he has these conversations with so many people and he’s tired of explaining that the company isn’t in the business to help us stating “they don’t need you; you need them”. The unprofessional attitude and disrespect I received from David during our interaction was uncalled for and unwarranted. When I asked who his supervisor was, David claimed that there is no one I can complain too (which unfortunately seems to be true as every phone number I find online directs me right back to the storage building David works in). After I got David back on the phone he would not provide me with any of his supervisors numbers, claiming all there was is himself and a financial adviser who “couldn’t care less about my complaint about pricing”. When i told him my complaint wasn’t about the pricing at all and was solely based off of his unprofessional attitude, David ended the call by hanging up on me.

I had a very good and positive experience with Dave at the front desk. I told him what I Needed in the way of storage and we reviewed several sized units on the computer.He explained everything to me In a very specific and detailed manner.

I found Extra Space Storage when looking for a storage unit after moving into the area.
The facility and storage units are clean. Access into the facility is handled by entering numbers on keypads, and the facility is secure and safe with security cameras in key spots.
A staff member is available during business hours to assist the customer, especially if you need to close a unit permanently. I met two personnel at this facility: David, the manager, and Brennan. Both were professional and courteous.
