  I just made my purchase at the Farmingdale location of Raymour and Flanigan. A very special thank you to Stephen Weldon, the salesperson who assisted me. Sometimes as consumers we don't like being smothered or having a rep breathing down your neck the entire time you're browsing. Stephen did neither of those. He was very kind, professional, and directed me to the areas of the furniture I was interested in purchasing and allowed me to look. Then answered all my questions and provided me with all the options I wanted when I was ready. Thank you again Stephen and I will definitely recommend you to anyone looking for furniture needs. 👍

  When we entered the store, a salesperson, Mike introduced himself. He then left us alone to look around. When we made a couple selection, we found Mike to help us. He was extremely helpful, made some recommendations, and exhibited great customer service. No pressure!!!

  I walked in with a specific idea of what I wanted and Albert showed me all possible combinations and price ranges without any high pressure sales tactics. He showed me as many options as I wanted to see and was patient, knowledgeable and personable. I finally decided on the best choice for me in a price range I was comfortable with. The whole process was easy and pleasurable. And my new sofa and loveseat are in stock and getting delivered in few days, at my convenience.

  We had a great experience working with Steven Grossman at Raymour & Flanigan. He was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful without ever being pushy. He took the time to answer all of our questions and really knew his products, which made choosing from their huge selection much easier. We had visited another Raymour & Flanigan location first, and the experience wasn't nearly as helpful. Working with Steven was a completely different experience. If you're shopping for furniture and feeling overwhelmed by all the choices, do yourself a favor and ask for Steven. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

  Fatima has been a wonderful person to do business with. She has helped me a number of times purchasing furniture for my wife and I, and also with my sister. She is a pleasure to deal with.
