  Kaheem was fantastic and so helpful! He never pressured us and he allowed us to take it slow and take our time looking at everything until we picked out what we wanted. Highly recommend working with him!

  Our salesman Steve was amazing. His product knowledge, kindness and “hands off” sales approach was very much appreciated. He should be commended for his dedication to knowing what he is selling. He introduced himself and let us roam about the store and come back to him when we had questions. I have always hated being stalked and followed like prey in a furniture store. This experience with Steve was exceptional.

  Came in knowing what I wanted but the customer service was wonderful. Steve was such a pleasure to deal with. I have visited the other locations as well and did receive the same kindness and zero pressure on purchasing which I did appreciate.

  I had a fantastic experience using the online chat service with Raymour & Flanigan today, all thanks to Steve Ashkenazy . From start to finish, Steve was extremely patient, attentive, and thoroughly answered every single question I had. He seamlessly walked me through securing the proper payment link, guided me through the entire transaction, and scheduled my delivery around what worked best for my personal schedule. To top it off, he gave me the option to text him directly up until 11:00 PM if I had any further questions or needed to adjust anything. Steve went above and beyond to make sure I felt 100% confident and comfortable with my purchase. True five-star service—thank you, Steve!

  I completely recommend taking the time and visiting this store. I went in there planning on just looking around as we’re closing on our first home in a week and needed to get an idea on furniture would cost us. Felt overwhelmed, a-lot of options and unsure of where to look due to the size of the store. Devin a sales associate at the store walked up and asked if we needed any help. I felt compelled to immediately tell Devin our current situation so I didn't waste his time. I explained the situation that we are just looking due to buying the home. Devin didn't even flinched he stuck by our side he wasn't worried about making a sale as there were plenty of other customers he knew were looking to buy today. He asked a-lot of questions to make sure he showed us exactly what we are looking for and it met our lifestyle and made us feel comfortable about our decisions. We found 10 pieces and actually proceeded with the purchase. He got his manager involved and explained our situation and the manager Daryl took the time to introduce himself to us and we came to an agreement and were able to get everything we needed for our first home. I must say Devin went above and beyond his job and showed he truly cared and wanted to make sure we were happy as we did spend 3 hours with him. I couldn't be happier with our decision Daryl and Devin showed true professionalism and cared to make it work for us. Not once did we feel pressured or feel like “another sale”. Sometimes its the little things and Devin truly showed the true qualities of a professional salesmen.
