  In 2025 I purchased a patio set From Peter Andrews in Farmingdale This set featured a honeycomb designed backing on each chair. shortly thereafter the honeycomb backing began to separate So I called Peter Andrew sent them an email with pictures and they gave me a full refund for all six chairs. It was a pleasure doing business with them. They’re very reputable company.

  I had to have this delivery scheduled twice because both times I got a broken table after requesting that my $300 delivery Phoebe reimburse or credited some way. I got no more responses no more communication, horrible customer service and horrible delivery service and just in general, very unhappy.

  Great selection especially for outdoor furniture. I purchased a 7 piece teak table and chairs 3 years ago. With proper teak maintenance, it’s held up beautifully. My husband and I talk about how happy we are with our table every week over the summer while we’re dining outside. Price was great and delivery was easy. Highly recommend peter andrews!

  Buyers Beware. This has been, by far, the worst company I have ever purchased from. Not only does customer service take months to respond, but when they finally do, no one provides legitimate answers or meaningful resolutions. Instead, you'll be constantly strung along. The company appears to care more about protecting its profits than standing behind its products. Don't be misled by the advertised one-year warranty—they did not honor. I purchased what I believed was a beautiful teakwood table after being told it was highly durable and that the only maintenance required would be occasional teak oil. In less than a year, the entire table had begun to rot. When I contacted the company, it took over three months to receive a response. They eventually sent a third-party repair technician out twice. The technician told me the table was defective and that the company should take it back. Despite that, the owner claimed the technician never recommended a replacement and even stated that he had personally spoken with me. That never happened—I have never spoken with the owner. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from Peter Andrews. I found the company to be unresponsive, unwilling to stand behind its warranty, and more focused on avoiding responsibility than helping its customers. I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase. My family and friends have bought several items from Peter Andrews over the years, but after this experience, I would strongly encourage others to shop elsewhere. There are many companies that offer better customer service, better support, and stand behind the products they sell. Buyer beware.

  Started out at the E. Northport store, which has a huge selection of furniture, but while very pleasant, the sales people couldn’t answer our specific questions about the sectional we were interested in along with a matching ottoman, etc. Then we ended up at the Farmingdale store, where our saleswoman definitely knew what she was talking about and we ordered a sectional with matching ottoman. I think their prices are high, but the price of furniture is ridiculous now everywhere. Peter Andrew’s is higher than the other big box national brands, but the quality is better (I’m hoping anyway, for what we paid🤞🏻) than the big “B” store anyway, that’s for sure! They have pieces you won’t see up and down Route 110-furniture alley. Our sectional is very comfortable and a unique color. Searched everywhere for a green sectional!
