  I bought some items at a nice place. However, with 3 employees standing close by, and one other customer there, it shouldn’t take 15 minutes to check out.

  Avoid Peter Andrews at all costs. We purchased outdoor furniture through Peter Andrews after being told that while some items could be purchased cheaper directly from Polywood, the premium we were paying was for their “white glove” delivery and service. What we got was the exact opposite. On delivery day, the two-man delivery crew handled heavy furniture by literally hoisting pieces onto their shoulders instead of team carrying them properly. As a result: * A wicker strand on one coffee table was popped/broken * Multiple other wicker sections were visibly stretched and distorted from improper handling Mistakes happen. What turned this into a terrible experience was Peter Andrews’ response afterward. We called immediately on delivery day to report the damage and were told we had to “call back next week.” When we finally got someone helpful, we were told replacement items would be reshipped. They never were. No follow-up. No accountability. No proactive communication. So in the end, we paid a premium price for: * Damaged furniture * Poor delivery practices * Endless follow-up * Broken promises * Worse service than ordering direct ourselves If you’re considering Peter Andrews because you think you’re paying for a higher-end customer experience, don’t. Based on our experience, you are paying more for extra hassle.
