Went there on a Sunday and hardly any customers there and starting to realize why. The store itself is nice BUT no one ever helps you there. Was ready to buy some paint and asked if they could call someone in the paint department to come help us. No one ever came after the customer service woman called three times on the intercom for someone to help us so we just left. Something similar happened to us a few months ago when we were waiting by the window treatment area but it took a good 15 min before anyone helped came. We like the store itself because it’s neat and easy to maneuver around but getting anyone to help you such as a common thing like mixing paint shouldn’t be that hard. If service doesn’t improve would be surprised if they stay in business. The lack of customers speaks for itself.

I went in for pool cover winch and cable and they dont even carry them. Why wont they carry such a simple, but widely used item? I went in the store for 4 separate items and they didn't carry any of them. This store is not doing too well. Always an empty parking lot. Enough women for each register but they point you to checkout yourself. Why do we need to pay these people? I really hope they change management soon. Id hate to lose this store.

I really hate leaving negative reviews, but our experience with Lowe’s refrigerator delivery has been beyond frustrating.
We ordered our refrigerator on August 29th. Since then, we have been given a delivery date and rescheduled/postponed probably four or five different times. After finally thinking we had a confirmed delivery, we were notified the night before that it was being postponed AGAIN—this time until October 11th.
Throughout this entire process, we spoke with multiple customer service representatives and were given different explanations as to what the issue actually was. It wasn’t until our most recent call that someone finally gave us a little more clarity.
At that point, after waiting nearly a month, we asked if Lowe’s could simply replace the refrigerator with a comparable model that could actually be delivered—but they were unable to provide an acceptable replacement within a reasonable timeframe. We ultimately had no choice but to cancel the entire order and start over elsewhere.
This is a refrigerator, not a decorative item we can just wait indefinitely for. It is a basic household appliance, and customers plan around scheduled deliveries—especially when they are repeatedly told a date is confirmed.
The lack of communication, the constant rescheduling, and the conflicting information from customer service made an already inconvenient situation incredibly frustrating. I find it hard to believe we are the only customers experiencing these delivery issues.
After almost a month of waiting, we are now back at square one looking for a refrigerator somewhere else. Extremely disappointing experience with Lowe’s delivery and order fulfillment.

How do I place an order with a tax-exempt account?

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
