While they were unable to service my style of dishwasher, they gave me the name of another company that could do the job and also helped me verify the part that was probably broken. Will use for other jobs in future.

It didnt take them long to find the issue. They advised that due to the age of our washer, and the cost of the repairs, that it was better to just buy a new washer all together. As it was quick and simple for them to diagnose, they even waived the diagnostic fee. Will definietly call them agian in the future.
