- LPlizz poirierJul 31, 20261.0Don’t go through this specific Aaron’s 2 weeks after I got my washer and dryer delivered the dryer stopped drying clothes I called almost every day for a month about them coming out to service it spoke to a different person each time I called. When the payment was due I didn’t pay it until they had called me so I could speak to someone yet again about my dryer needing fixed and told them they will get their payment when it’s looked at the next day they sent someone out to look at it and they gave me a loaner dryer to use until mine was serviced. Got a call almost 2 months later my dryer is fixed and they can deliver it the following Monday it’s been 2 weeks and still have the loaner dryer called countless times about when mines going to be delivered yet again and they claimed to have called a second time confirming we were going to be home to deliver (they never called) so now their payment is due yet again and they aren’t getting their payment until my dryer is delivered. The only time they care about the equipment being leased is when the payments due the staff doesn’t care about anything else until that payments late and you refuse to pay until services are done

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
