  I would like to recognize Yuri for his exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to his customers. I have been a loyal Raymour & Flanigan customer for more than a decade, and Yuri has always been my go-to person for mattresses, beds, vanities, and other furniture. He is always available, extremely knowledgeable about the products he sells, and takes the time to explain each item, including its quality, materials, features, and benefits. His recommendations have always been honest and thoughtful, which has given me complete confidence in my purchases. Thanks to Yuri’s expertise, I have continued purchasing my home furniture from Raymour & Flanigan and have always been happy with my purchases. I have tremendous respect for his professionalism and knowledge. He is truly excellent at what he does and is a wonderful representative of the company. I sincerely hope his hard work and dedication are recognized.

  I want to thank Elaine Chew at the Elmhurst location for helping us with the furniture, She was attentive, kind and really helpful and the other staff members too! I highly recommend this location!

  Manager Yuri at Elmhurst location is absolutely amazing!! We spent two hours selecting furniture with him. He is extremely friendly, kind, and so knowledgeable, especially when it comes to finding the right mattress and pillow. My bf likes firm beds and I like soft. Yuri recommended all the best mattresses for us to try that would suit us both. He was very patient with us when we were debating which new bed set to buy for our home. I have been a customer at Raymour and Flanigan for ten years now and I have never met someone who was as friendly and helpful as Yuri. Yuri you are the best!

  Outstanding experience at the Raymour & Flanigan Elmhurst location! Yuri, the manager, was absolutely exceptional. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. His customer service went above and beyond what you normally expect. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such a friendly and helpful attitude.
