  Went in knowing the couch we wanted. Yuri was helpful and got us what we needed without trying to upsell us. We still shopped around a bit after, but came back to our original choice. Yuri was very helpful closing out the sale and delivery without us having to drive back out to the store. Couch is great. Very happy with the experience.

  My experience at this location was a pleasant one. Manager Yuri was very patient and helpful. I was able to find the perfect mattress. Customer service representative Rosa was pleasant and very quick with processing my invoice. I recommend this store highly! I'll be back for the sofa in the picture.

  I WAS TAKEN CARE OF BY CINDY AT THE LOCATION AT 86-08 QUEENS BOULEVARD AND ALL I CAN SAY IS SHE'S BY FAR THE BEST SALES PERSON I EVER DEALT WITH. SHE'S INCREDIBLY ATTENTIVE AND KIND. EXPLAINS EVERYTHING SO CLEAR ALWAYS WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE. I WILL KEEP AT RAYMOUR AND FLANIGAN BECAUSE SHE'S THERE!!!!! THANKS SO MUCH CINDY!!!!

  I went to Raymour for furniture for my new apartment. Elaine was very professional and helped with all my needs. I got everything for my bedroom, living room and dining area. One stop for all! Kevin, the manager completed the financing process for me. They are offering 0% financing for 12 months. Very nice and friendly staff.

  I give this one star because the service that was given was terrible lies after lies please if your going to this location be CAREFUL with the salesman name bright !!! He is cunning nothing he says is true and he sells you a dream believing what you purchase is the best deal also I had to take off 3 days to have furniture brought to my home my night stand damage my chest is scratched and nothing was done so far paying on damaging goods that Mr bright claim will be in good condition I can't reach him when I want cause he don't return calls this place is not a investment you wanna be doing moving forward I will go to another location cause to many ppl have told me this man is a scammer !! Please BUYER BEWARE !!!'
