  Kevin and his crew did a thorough job with understanding the delivery requirements, had all the materials necessary to deliver the spa safely and in good condition and took the time needed to ensure a high quality outcome.

  Jess is amazing and so helpful when it comes to advice on opening/closing and maintaining your pool! If you follow her advice, you won’t have any problems. Thank you, Jess! You can never retire. 😊

  Liverpool Pool and Spa was excellent. Delivery was on time, everything was in good condition, all elements were delivered, operating instructions were explained and Kevin and his crew were very nice and helpful. The sales people John and Jacob were excellent and very patient answering all our questions. Overall our experience has been excellent and would recommend Liverpool Pool and Spa without a doubt.

  We have been customers of Liverpool Pool and Spa for years and have always received excellent service. Another example of this excellence happened today, when Mya helped me with a chlorine purchase. She was friendly, professional and helpful - a model of the perfect representation of phenomenal customer service. She greeted me with a smile, efficiently took my order, asked if I needed any of the seals loosened, and then helped me carry everything to my car (full chlorine containers are no joke). If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

  Liverpool pool and spa has a great staff and a great place to get your hot tub! They have excellent customer service there and the staff is very friendly and nice! Jessica and Alex and the rest of the crew there are awesome! They're always able to help us with any question we have about our hot tub! We would highly recommend this place to anybody that's looking to get a hot tub or a pool!
