  Jess, at the east Syracuse location was a big help with me, she made sure that I knew what I needed for my pump and made sure I got taken care of, and the staff their is phenomenal always making sure that no one is lost in what they have to get or need to get, definitely will be coming back for life!!

  Whatever this Benjamin fellow is talking about is false, I was super thrilled especially with Jess and her professionalism and down right amazing attitude. She saved my pool. I am an older gentleman and she treated me and made me feel like I was in my prime again. Thank you Jess

  The Manager, Jess was so rude I’m never going back… I run a commercial power washing business cleaning houses, warehouses and apartment complexes. It requires me to purchase between 10 and 40 gallons of bleach a week. My truck has lots of hoses on it and is clearly a work truck. Up until today I’ve had great experiences at Liverpool pool and spa. The manager, Jess, started raising her voice at me and implied that I’m using the bleach in “weird” ways and I’m acting suspicious. I then heard her talking badly about me to other employees while checking out. Nothing I did or said justified the way she treated me and I’m sure I’m not the first former customer or employee that she’s bullied. Many of the employees recognize me because I come in so frequently and until today, enjoyed coming in while resupplying my truck. Fortunately for me, Tarson is only a few buildings down.

  When we bought our house, it came with a pool and we knew very little about maintaining it. We found chemicals and a sample bottle from LPS so we brought some water in to be tested. They were awesome that first summer about telling us exactly what we needed to do to care for our pool. We now go there for all our testing, chemicals, and other things we've needed to replace over time, like ladder steps, thermometer, skimmer basket. And we found out they actually were the ones who installed the pool, and they did a great job. The staff is always friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and ready to help carry things out to the car.
