I apologize for my lack of comments in my rating, What i wanted to say was how impressed i was with the service i received. My service person Kenny reviewed everything with me and gave ideas about what would work best for areas of my yard. I really felt like i was in professional hands.

Jacob stopped by just last Friday 7/31/26. His description of the services was very thorough. He was very down to earth, friendly and straight forward.
Our initial service was scheduled and provided today, 8/3/26. We were very pleased with Sean’s knowledge and experience. He was also training, Jordan, who was provided the service under Sean’s direction. Both gentlemen were extremely pleasant and friendly, while getting to the task at hand. Thank you.

We desperately needed the service of pest control but we’re hesitant to try a service from door knocking but we decided to try for the sake of not wanting to see spiders, ants, wasps, and mice anymore.
The first service was phenomenal. They were very thorough and we smelled the repellent for days up to a week. We saw a huge difference! We were so happy with the service.
The next service wasn’t as thorough and we didn’t smell the repellant as much, we were going to call them back to come redo the application of our lawn but we decided to wait until the next time they came. It was a VERY quick service and we asked them to do the inside but since we have pets they just put a little bit of gel at the bottom of the doors we had problems with and gave us a few sticky traps for the mice. I noticed the repellent smell wasn’t there, there was an abundance of cobwebs showing up, the wasp/bee contraption was still on the floor from a windy day(I can’t reach where they put it), we have ants again, overall not a good experience so we called them back to spray again. She said she’ll get the cobwebs by the door but that we’ll have to mow our lawn to keep the spider nests in our grass at bay.(they weren’t going to treat the grass?) I came home and the wasp contraption was still on the floor, I’m wondering if the rodent traps were even checked? And there were still spider webs by the front door and in our bushes. We’re going to cancel as this is not worth $100 a month for sticky traps and a dab of gel inside the house. I wish every service was like the first one. When we asked about the difference in service we were told “we don’t want you to feel like you can’t step on your grass so we didn’t do it” THATS WHAT WE’RE PAYING FOR. Should’ve trusted our instincts. With money being tight we trusted that our money was well spent.

Aptive otherwise does not treat any wood-destroying organisms such as termites, carpenter bees, or carpenter ants. Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
