John the financial guy called. He was amazing. He walked we through the loan application. He was patient and understanding. We're looking forward to getting our new hot tub. - NFNancy FeferMay 12, 20265.0October 2025 developed a leak in old hydromate. I made a service appointment with Mannie at Softub Express. He quickly resolved the problem and reassembled the unit while I waited. Service delivered as promised, on time , for a nominal cost, with a smile. Mannie was outstanding, staff at the store great, Softub is a great product, and Softub Express provided needed service beyond my expectation. The best people!thanks. Marty F
