  We met John Gonzalez from Pettis Pools and Patios at the Ohio State Fair last year(2025). We were looking for a new Softub hot tub this year to replace our current 13 year old one. Pettis pools sent us some sale info and I called John and he had us set up with a new Softub in less than a day. John and Pettis Pools are very reliable. They made sure that we got the exact hot tub to fit our needs. We are very happy with John and Pettis Pools.

  My husband and I went to the Windmill today. We met Joe & Connie . Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up buying the Resort 4-6 hot tub. John the financial guy called. He was amazing. He walked we through the loan application. He was patient and understanding. We're looking forward to getting our new hot tub. I would highly recommend getting one.   October 2025 developed a leak in old hydromate. I made a service appointment with Mannie at Softub Express. He quickly resolved the problem and reassembled the unit while I waited. Service delivered as promised, on time , for a nominal cost, with a smile. Mannie was outstanding, staff at the store great, Softub is a great product, and Softub Express provided needed service beyond my expectation. The best people!thanks. Marty F

  Mannie made special arrangements to accommodate our schedule. He was quick and efficient. He explained the steps and the repair clearly. He knows the Softub motor unit thoroughly and even helped me make sure my homes electricity is functioning properly.
