  Tina was very knowledgeable and was able to let me know what was wrong with my washing machine. She said that due to the age of machine that parts weren't available anymore. My son looked at it when he got home and was able to find the parts needed for the repair on ebay and Amazon for less than the service charge. Parts came with a warranty and washing machine works fine now. Tina was very friendly and she even gave my dog a treat, even though he was caged, I had no problem with her diagnosis, I just think the company should look for parts instead of suggesting to buy a new product. Overall, I have no problem with the service provided. On time and friendly.

  Our dishwasher dispenser door broke on our kitchenaid dishwasher, Chris came out and replaced the part perfectly. Then due to part defect it broke again, came out no change and replaced again. Then the same part broke again. Hopeless that they would come back a third time and replaced again I was just going to replace the dishwasher. But they did come back free of charge and stood by the work even though they didn’t have to, Because the part is poorly designed. An excellent company!!! Highly recommend! Thank you!!!

  Your tech guy, Jonas, gave me a call estimating an arrival of 20-25 min and promptly arrived during that allotted time frame. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Explained the issue and gave me an estimate and got right to the task at hand. Cleaned up as he went along and offered to hit behind the washer before he left but I’m kinda OCD so passed on his offer. Lol It’s so nice to see a company that has such a conscientious employee these days. Hope you appreciate this man and treat him well! A rarity today!

  Before my visit even happened. I got a picture and bio text from Denam. He showed up in a professional and clean van. He was dressed nice and was eager to see if he could fix my washer. It was flooding everywhere! I was very anxious. I didn’t want to have to buy a new washer. He took the cover off the washer and found the problem which he discussed to me. He then asked if I wanted to proceed with the repair. I was so excited and the overall pricing was very reasonable. I even called their office afterwards to state how satisfied I was with his visit. Demand made me a very happy first time customer! I, without a doubt use their service for all my future needs! I’m very happy and grateful!!

  Excellent service! After Derek, my serviceman, assessed and tested my broken ice maker, I needed to have a new one. I was happy that he quoted me a complete price for a new one which also included the service call before I made my decision to go with his results. I chose to get a new one…the best part was that he had it available right then and there so I was able to get my new ice maker installed right away….no waiting to order and then schedule another appointment. I would highly recommend this company for your appliance service needs. They are very efficient and personable. My serviceman, Derek, was very knowledgeable and certainly made a difficult problem a wonderful experience. Peppy Walsh
