  Kyle B and Dave were efficient, knowledgeable and helpful during the installation of our sauna. In the store we also had professionalism and direction based on what we wanted! thank you for all your help!! highly recommend using pettis!

  Contacted them a month ago to ask about replacing our pool liner. Their employee Michael initially gave a good price and a timeline of about four weeks. We decided to go with them as they are an established company. Then the run around began. First we got information that we needed an inspection and to pick out a liner. Their employee Shane sent two catalogs over. We picked one and sent our choice back. Then we were told there is only one style available and we don’t get to get pick. This was after several back and forth text messages with my husband. Then Pettis calls us to see where we were in “our process” so they could schedule us in August. They seemed completely unaware of the conversations we were having already with another employee. We told they what we initially were told: installation in mid June after the inspection. They apologized and said yes, that was correct. The inspection occurred and we waited to hear about an installation date. We called, emailed, and texted with no response. I went to the ER store and was promised a call by the end of the day. No call. I talked to the assistant manager and was again promised a phone call back by the next business day from Crystal. Again, no phone call. I called to ask to speak to a manager and was told they couldn’t talk at that time and would I like to leave a message. Given the history of them not calling back, that didn’t seem like a good option. Their lack of communication with us and within their company ensures we’ll never consider ever doing business with them. I hope our experience will prevent some other people from wasting their time.

  The crew did a very good job taking the old hot tub away and installing the new tub. They made sure that all their trash was picked up and hauled away Thanks again Kyle, Kyle, Gianni, Jack, and Johnny

  Jason, Lead Spa Technician , from Pettis Pools , found the leak in my swim-spa , and was able to fix it and gave me sound advice on other issues with my swim spa . He was professional and responsive . When you buy from Pettis Pools , it is clear they pride themselves on service even after you make the purchase . Nice job Jason ! And Pettis Pools , thx. Fred V.
