Scheduled a repair through LG, received a call the day prior for confirmation that a tech would arrive somewhere between 11-4. NO CALL, NO SHOW. I called at 3:30pm after waiting all day to confirm we'd still be seeing a tech and was told they are running behind but will call. No one ever showed or had the decency to let me know. As of now, one star. UPDATE: After calling Williston direct to reschedule I was told I'd receive a call regarding a new time slot for the following day, but never received that call. After contacting LG, they confirmed a same day appointment between 9-12. The repair technician called 20 minutes prior to arriving and showed promptly at 10:30am. AngelG is the listed technician. He was professional and courteous, and had our replacement motor installed very quickly. We confirmed the unit was working as normal prior to leaving, and he even put in a request for a gasket that we would need to replace soon. I've updated my review to reflect 4 stars. 5 stars for the technician who came to fix the appliance, 4 stars overall due to the office/scheduling mishaps and miscommunication from Williston's office side.

Reliable. Unlike other companies, they showed up in time. They did the Samsung washer repair quickly and without needing parts. If you need a Samsung repair, call them directly. Do not let Samsung direct you to another unreliable company.
