  Christos was an excellent repairman-he was thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the LG combination washer/dryer is an inferior product and still doesn’t wash and dry efficiently -same problems as before serviced - doesn’t dry and still showing message no soap in dispenser when there is soap in dispenser. This was covered under warranty so no charges were incurred.

  Don’t use Williston repair group. They were contracted through LG to fix my washing machine. The tech came, did some work, and said it was fixed. The washing machine leaked all over the floor the first time we tried to use it. I called Williston the next morning and they said they can’t come back until the following Monday. 400$ for nothing. Crap company, crap techs, crap customer service.

  On Wednesday, I had Xavier and Jason here to replace the compressor and check out the refrigerator and they were excellent very knowledgeable very professional. Today I had Sean here to replace the broken icemaker and again From the minute, he walked into the house, introducing himself and telling me what he was going to do. Did the repair and replacement and seem to be very knowledgeable as to how the refrigerator worked. I highly commend all three technicians. For their professionalism, knowledge and neatness

  Xavier Who worked on my Samsung refrigerator was professional and hard-working. Although my refrigerator was not able to get fixed which is not the result of Williston repair group or Xavier, it was a Samsung two year-old refrigerator which decided to die because of a leak in the refrigerator coolant that could not be fixed. The company worked with us, they were able to get the parts from Samsung, but at the end, the leak was in an area that could not be fixed and since it was aluminum it could not be soldered and if it could, it was not accessible. Therefore a new refrigerator is in store for us, not a great outcome but nothing to do with the company or Xavier!

  This was a dishwasher warranty repair of a hose on the side that was causing an error message and wouldn’t run the full cycle. The technician came over a few days after calling and making the appointment. He diagnosed the issue and said he’d return in a few days with the part. Sure enough a few days later he arrived and when I open the door (after blocking out and being home for a 4 hour window 8am-12pm) he tells me “they” sent the wrong part. I think “they” is PC Richard’s where I bought the dishwasher - but not 100 on that. Okay, no problem, bummer, but things happen. Few more days go by and I get another 4 hour window to block out (and be home) for only to find out “”(half way through the 4-hour block) “they” sent the wrong part again and the technician will need to reschedule. A few more days go by and I get a call to block out another 4 hour morning window which came and went. No call, no show. I called and asked and WRG said the part that was due to arrive overnight did not and that the call center didn’t get the notice to call me and they were sorry. Few more days later and it’s finally done. I’m going to assume it works fine, but I’ll be sure to update if it doesn’t. I didn’t run a load cause everything is clean right now - can’t have dirty dishes when someone is coming over lol but I got the request for a review just now. I don’t usually but, here we are. TLDR: it’s done, but there are operational failsafes missing or internal processes that need review that may cause frustration and delay. Perhaps I could be a one off. Or they regularly make mistakes and you might end up blocking out 20 hours to get the job done. Really TLDR: meh
