The technician was very knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they really care about their work and customer satisfaction. It was hardly used .Ken the repair man was polite and knowledgeable. He had to replace the magnetron , transformer and a fuse. . He was excellent at his job and I would recommend him . My complaint is with LG . I feel an appliance not 4 months old should have been replaced as it iunder warranty.

I needed a new condenser and compressor. thankfully I had an extended warranty That my husband had purchased when we bought the refrigerator Less than five years ago, we called the company and told us they had availability the next morning! For sure, I thought Mother’s Day weekend I was going to have to buy a refrigerator for myself.!!! My service technician John was nothing but amazing He came on time and ready to work!! He explained exactly what was wrong. Told me not to worry and that it would be up and running in two hours. I am extremely grateful! Thank you John and enjoy retirement!!!

Jason showed up early with the worlds happiest smile and the most energy i've seen someone have at 8 in the morning! Jason completed the entire project within 10-20 minutes. Not only did he complete it, but also provided me with good tips on how to keep my Samsung appliances running at tip top shape. I couldn't recommend him and Williston Repair Group enough!

My cooktop and exhaust hood were giving me a lot of trouble, but Jason handled everything with so much ease. It is clear he is extremely knowledgeable because he diagnosed the issues immediately and had everything fixed in no time. Beyond the repairs, he gave me some great recommendations on how to maintain my appliances so I don't run into these problems again. He made the whole process a total breeze from start to finish. If you are looking for someone reliable and skilled, do yourself a favor and ask for Jason. I will definitely be requesting him specifically for any service I need in the future!
