Went to Lowe's in East Patchogue to pick up 20 bags of mulch on a Thursday morning. Got there at about 7am and saw the garden center gates were closed. Saw an employee, Amaya, watering the plants and she was very pleasant and helpful in guiding me who to see about purchasing mulch. At the Customer Service Counter, a woman Terry helped me go about purchasing what I had come for and instructed me on where to go and that she would have someone come out and even load all 20 bags of mulch into my truck. I was again very grateful because like Amaya, she was very helpful and pleasant. I went to the delivery dock and a young man named Alex came out to assist me. Again very helpful and pleasant and loaded all 20 bags into my truck. That experience was amazing! A very heartfelt thank you to Amaya, Terry and Alex for such a great start to my day!!!

We have been loyal customers at this location since we bought our home in 2016, and the service remains "god-tier." Despite some of the negative reviews I've seen lately, our experience has consistently been friendly and helpful for a decade.
Today, Ram, Bert, and Jack went above and beyond. Not only did they help us find exactly what we were looking for, but they provided expert information on items we didn’t even realize we needed for our project. Their expertise and friendly attitudes made the entire process seamless. If you need help, look for these three!
