I had an amazing experience this week at this storage facility. James went out of his way to help me with everything I needed! I’m finally getting my things out of the storage which was a huge relief but also quite emotional. He was able to make it so much easier! I truly appreciated his kindness and assistance!

Quick easy set up, Thanks James! unfortunately the next day had a bad experience I would like to express my concern regarding the way I was treated by a customer service representative.
The representative was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. When I was asking for assistance and trying to obtain the appropriate phone numbers for technical support, she refused to help me. What was especially upsetting was her comment that she “hoped I get transferred to another facility.”
I found that comment extremely inappropriate and disrespectful. I was simply asking questions and trying to get the information I needed. At the time, there was no one else waiting, so I do not understand why she was unwilling to take a moment to assist me.
Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when they are seeking help. I hope this matter can be addressed and that the representative receives appropriate feedback regarding how customers should be treated.
