We’ve haven’t been here a month and we want to leave! Roof leaking in some places with buckets on the floor. We have a unit on the 2nd floor and the lift is out of service. No notice until we arrived. Heard it’s not the first time it’s been broken. It’s not even an elevator. You load your stuff and walk up the stairs and meet the lift. Not worth what we are paying. It wouldn’t let me post no stars!!!

We have two units at the French Rd Extra Space storage. It’s very clean and all the staff members are very helpful . We have personally dealt with Jennifer and she is great! I would highly recommend this location for your storage rental needs.
