He wasn’t pushy and gave us the resources and knowledge to make an educated decision on our mattress purchase. He gave us the time to test out the suggested beds without hovering. He fully listened to our needs and provided his knowledge and insights to help us. Heck we even found we share a mutual person in common. It was a very pleasant experience and we walked out with big smiles even if our wallet was a bit smaller.

I had to go back and Thomas helped me the second time I went. I never felt Any pressure from either John or Thomas. I would never go elsewhere and already 2 friends are also buying.
