- LMLydia MaherOct 4, 20265.0We went into city mattress after having back pain from our online purchased mattress. John helped us find the perfect medium firm helix mattress after we voiced our concerns. He was so personable without trying to pressure us in any certain way. We were able to stay within our budget as well! We had such a nice experience, thank you John!!
- KCKathy CieslaSep 28, 20265.0Really enjoy using city mattress in Depew John is always very helpful and friendly. He makes sure you like your purchase and doesn’t rush you to make decisions.
- SLSteve LoseySep 28, 20265.0City Mattress has been our mattress store for some time and John Willis is a great reason why. He is very knowledgable about the products, built a FCT ( familarity, comfort, and trust) with my wife and I, and took the time to let my wife choose what she liked the best with his guidance. Our delivery team led by Nick Drought were polite, professional, and respectful.
- HLHeidi LowitzerSep 11, 20265.0Great experience! John was very helpful, friendly and accommodating, he spent time and helped me with all the details right down to the pillows. Explained all my choices but didn't push one over the other. A much better experience than i anticipated. I'm looking very forward to my new mattress!
- PSPaula SmithSep 5, 20265.0I recently visited the store at 4970 Transit. I was with a friend who was looking to purchase a new mattress. Our salesman, Thomas, was extremely knowledgeable and personable. My friend found the perfect mattress and, even though I was not looking to purchase a mattress at that time, Thomas gave us an outstanding price on a new King mattress and I purchased it that night. Thank you, Thomas, and City Mattress. Paula
