Absolutely wonderful experience. Felicia made the entire process pleasant and painless from start to finish. I went in to rent a space with a general idea of what I wanted as a first time renter. Felicia answered all of my questions, most of them before I even asked and some i didn'teven know I had. She is very knowledgeable and informative while being very personable. I was able to get the space I was looking for and I feel confident in using this location. Using the website to get an idea of what is available helps and questions regarding pricing were answered in a very satisfactory manner. The price breakdown and contract where explained very well. The tour of the facility and how to access the unit was straightforward and easy to follow. The space and building are clean and secure and the location is good. I am very pleased and thank Felicia for making everything easy and for making this part of what has been a stressful move stress free.
