My experience at Extra Space Storage was wonderful. The representative, Thai (at Copaigue) , was extremely professional, helpful, and patient. Thai answered all of my questions and made the entire process easy and comfortable.
My experience with Brian (at Massapequa) was also fantastic. He was very helpful and professional as well.
