This is not a particularly well-run operation. First, shoppers should be aware that much of the inventory appears to be damaged, defective, or otherwise imperfect, which is often why it ends up at the outlet. Second, be prepared to arrange your own moving or delivery service, as the store does not provide assistance with transporting purchases out of the building. Unfortunately, some of the staff I encountered were less focused on customer service than on coordinating when I would pick up an item I had already purchased. Rather than offering assistance or guidance, the interaction felt transactional and lacking in basic professionalism. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not reflect the premium image that Restoration Hardware promotes.

I had a great experience at the store, especially with the outstanding help I received from one of the employees, Jeremy. He was extremely patient and friendly, and went out of his way to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. He assisted me with my purchase of a velvet cloud, and I could not thank him enough for his professionalism. My experience in the store was amazing, and I will be coming back in the future.

This RH outlet is a fantastic addition to the neighborhood, offering a superb selection of high-quality furniture at discounted prices. If you appreciate RH's commitment to quality and design, you'll find some incredible deals here. Plus, there's ample parking, and with Home Goods, HomeSense, and Floor & Decor all in the same location, it's a one-stop shop for all your home furnishing needs.

We were shopping with the family for a sofa and a office desk inside this new RH outlet that open in Commack, my six years old needed to use the restroom witch had a sign that said “out of order see attendant” we start looking for an attendant maybe was a policy of customers only?? When we found one person that work there I got close to ask and she didn’t let me open my mouth, she just started yelling 4 times “I’m on brake, I’m on brake, I’m on brake, I’m on brake and walk off! First that was one of the rudest moments of my life but then I started thinking what king of pressure this girl must be on working there or she just has no customer service training, I spoke to another employee who seemed to have more authority and no apology was given. I guess that is the standard on how people should be treated this days?
