  This is not a particularly well-run operation. First, shoppers should be aware that much of the inventory appears to be damaged, defective, or otherwise imperfect, which is often why it ends up at the outlet. Second, be prepared to arrange your own moving or delivery service, as the store does not provide assistance with transporting purchases out of the building. Unfortunately, some of the staff I encountered were less focused on customer service than on coordinating when I would pick up an item I had already purchased. Rather than offering assistance or guidance, the interaction felt transactional and lacking in basic professionalism. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not reflect the premium image that Restoration Hardware promotes.

  Beautiful location. Very bright and airy. Everything is beautifully spread out and very easy to see and appreciate. The associates are very friendly and helpful. Prices were very reasonable.

  The staff is completely incompetent. We came from New Jersey to buy chairs. We called beforehand and asked if they had chairs in stock, if they were in good condition, and the current price. When we arrived, the entire store staff was completely unfriendly, and the chairs were priced DIFFERENTLY and terribly dirty. When we asked how two identical stores could have different prices for chairs, they were rude. Not to mention the fact that the saleswoman couldn't remember us and kept coming up to us and asking if we liked the table. The store owner should pay attention to this.
