  Lovely showroom and great service. Ken took his time with us showing multiple items and wasn't rushing or pushy at all!

  Jodi was quite disrespectful. I was there looking to purchase a bedroom set and other furniture with my mother. While asking questions she left to say she needed to tend to other customers when there weren’t any, while other salespersons offered clients bottled water we were not, and when we were resting while waiting for the dining set we purchased to be packaged she sought to hurry us out stating we could wait in the back to pick up our items (in 104 degree weather day). Needless to say I will not be purchasing from this establishment again.

  The salesman, Ken Hammer was really nice, knowledgeable but not pushy. He understood our needs and took the time to show all furniture options. It was a great experience

  Ken was great! He really went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for in the living room and also with bedroom set for my daughter. He was patient and answered all of my questions. Thanks Ken!

  I visited the store, and Ken was amazing in showing all the products i was looking for. He even confirmed that we will be able to get 15% discount for first responders(health care workers) I went back again after couple of days to finalize everything and ken was not there. Jodi was the one who came to attend. She had zero customer service skills and was very rude from get go. I told her about the discount and conversation i had with Ken couple of days ago, and she simple refused that it cannot be given. The manager of the store also came out to discuss and simply said there is a miss communication about this and discount cannot be given. I mean they didn’t had basic customer service attitude to at least call Ken and confirm with him and try to work with the customer. Overall very poor experience dealing with Jodi and store manager. Will not recommend to anyone this location because of their poor handling of this issue and a bad attitude toward the customer, and will never visit again.
