First things first, i was approached at my doorstep by a representative, they said theyd give me a better deal on pest control and at first it seemed like it. The techs were all nice enough with updates and pictures on areas they treated so thats a positive.
The online portal/payment processing etc was a nightmare to use, never seemed to work right and could never depend on payments coming out when you should expect them to.
When calling their service youre immediately met with an AI agent which at this point I cant tell which I like less, the AI agent or the live agent which sounds like they are in India. When i first called to state that i wanted to cancel the representative told me she would reduce my bill for that month and the following month due me not being pleased with the service i thought I was getting, only to find out the bill did not get reduced.
They do not treat ants or carpenter bees, pretty basic pests.
Cancellation was also a pain, was directly hung up on by a live agent when I said i wanted to cancel.
Choose local, better than your business being outsourced.

The people who come to my home are very nice and professional. However the list I receive stating what will be provided during the visit.. unfortunately never happens, however they are checked as completed when I receive my invoice. I have never received any inside treatment, a complete lawn cover. It is a five to ten minute walk around the house , shed porch. Never had my garage sprayed. It is disappointing.
Please understand I don’t feel it is the workers. I feel the problem is with the company they work for. Very poor communication, never a follow up, on the day they plan to come do not make plans it is a wait all day into evening event.

Horrible! Don’t waste your time or money. The 5 (yes, FIVE) past scheduled service appointments over the course of the last 7 days were no-shows and/or cancelled without acknowledgement. When I repeatedly call and ask why nobody has repeatedly shown up, I’m told it’s a “system glitch” and that my concerns will be escalated to management. How can a business operate in such a manner with such lack of customer care?

I feel like the things the sales guy told me were included didn’t happen. He said that the entire yard would be treated from sidewalk all the way to the back property line. Tech only did around the house and the fence line. Sales guy said that they would brush off the spiderwebs on eves and front of the house and spray all eves. Tech didn’t do any of that and didn’t even have a ladder. Talked to tech on the phone and he said that he was going to spray 1 foot up the foundation and 1 foot out from foundation. Sales guy said it was 3 feet up the foundation and 5 feet out from the foundation. Very disappointing and is clear cut case of bait and switch. I will like out of this contract and I will not be paying the $199 fee. I was charged for services that were not delivered which is a breach of contract.

Technicians not equipped or authorized to enter an attic space. No showed or showed on the wrong days. I Tried to cancel the service based on poor experience, they wanted a $199 cancellation fee. I refused to pay, now in collection dispute. Horrible company, horrible experience. Warning to consumers. Would never recommend any of the services they offer. Especially bug spraying, technician arrived literally ran the perimeter of the house spraying doors and windows in less than 4 minutes and left. 👎👎👎👎👎😡

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
