  My technician Skylah did a fantastic job reviewing the services that I signed up for and explained each in great detail. She answered any questions that I had quickly and again ,in great detail. She did a very professional and thorough job for each service on the property.

  Skyla was very professional. She explained the applications, timing and pricing for the year. She then applied the materials and sent pics of where she applied pesticides. Based on the first application, I recommend Aptive.

  Hello, The experience that I’ve had so far is very good. I liked how they did everything and showed pictures of everything. The only thing that I can say at this point is that the shed that was done was not our shed it was our next-door neighbor shed. If you look at the photos below or attached this shed is my neighbor shed. Our shed is inside our fence and there was no pictures of that so the only thing I could think of is that it was never done. Other than that, though it seemed like it was a decent seamless experience. Thank you

  We’ve been paying for this for 10 months, we’ve gotten 4 visits. No noticeable difference at all between the amount of pests this year vs last year and the products they’re using seem to be ineffective. They also seem to agitate our animals paws even when given several days to “dry” before exposing them to the yard. The price of service doubled from my initial contract and there’s absolutely no customer service of any kind. Canceling and going with a more reliable brand.

  I was a customer for an hour and was very displeased. I was told that my service with FOX would be canceled for me and the termination fee taken care of. Whoever attempted failed, because Fox called me asking me why I was unhappy with their technicians and wanting to cancel. I was placed in a very uncomfortable and awkward position. I did not cancel that account not wanting to pay the $250 and not knowing if I’d really be reimbursed by Aptive. When I called Aptive’s customer service line I explained the situation to 3 different people. I was so irritated and spent too much on my evening on the whole thing already, I canceled Aptive, which was prompt thankfully. However, I will say Fox customer service reps are much better.
