  This five star rating is exclusively for Stephen at the Clifton Park store. My flex steel recliner broke and I went in the store a little bit upset. Stephen was quick to ass assure me that he was going to take care of it, he de-escalated the situation and took full responsibility for seeing to it that it was fixed. Stephen needs to be a store manager, He’s one of the best there is very highly recommend giving him a raise and a promotion.

  Upon entering the Clifton Park, NY store today, 8/31/26, we were met by sales associate Alex Rustin, who was very helpful in guiding my wife and I in purchasing a mattress and bed frame. She was very gracious, friendly, and well informed. We have made more than a few purchases at Raymour and Flanigan over the years, and have been very satisfied. We recommend this store to everyone.   My wife and I went to Raymour & Flanigan shopping for a mattress. After spending nearly an houroh shopping, we picked out our mattress. After we agreed to buy the mattress we were told that to get the 90 day trial period we'd have to spend another $100 for a mattress cover. And, if we didn't we wouldn't be entitled to 90 trial period. The salesperson went as far to tell us it was NYS law. Once I heard this I was ready to walk. What an absolutely horrible way to do business. I may have purchased the mattress this time but in the future Raymore &Flanigan will be the last place I shop.

  Hate leaving a poor review, especially because I grew up with R&F furniture and genuinely love their products. I’d still recommend their products for local deliveries, but my experience with their Out of Market (OOM) service was very disappointing. I placed a ~$20k OOM order in May after being told a late-June/early-July delivery was feasible. The in-store selection experience was excellent, but the order process had issues from the start. I ultimately had to identify discrepancies between my receipt and the online order, and an online-exclusive item was incorrectly grouped with my bedroom furniture. Because of its longer lead time, that held up most of the shipment. I moved into my new home on July 10 without a bed or most of my bedroom furniture. I recieved a smaller delivery for a few living room items that same week, but the remaining deliveries were then delayed three separate times before finally arriving August 19. Unfortunately, several items arrived damaged, and the online-exclusive item (an electric sit-stand desk) was the wrong desk—wrong color and non-electric despite an electric base being included. To get to brass tacks: The biggest issue was communication and accountability. I was repeatedly redirected between the local store, corporate, and OOM. Instead of those groups coordinating internally to resolve issues, I often felt like I had to do that coordination myself as the customer. I understand OOM involves multiple teams and a third-party delivery service, but that shouldn't become the customer's responsibility. If R&F can't reliably support large OOM orders, I'd much rather be told that upfront than experience this level of execution. If you're considering a large OOM order, I'd strongly recommend clarifying fulfillment timelines, potential delays, and who is responsible for resolving issues before purchasing. I love R&F's products and people, and I hope they take this feedback constructively and improve how OOM orders are handled. Remember - R&F doesn't make any of this stuff. They are a warehouse, shipping and distribution company (for furniture). These are the things they should excel at.

  I went into Raymour And Flanigan today in the Clifton Park New York store. I had the pleasure of working with Erica Shipe 💜 I walked in, not knowing 100% what I wanted, and she took time and patience with me. she was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products on the floor and it made it so much easier for me to come up with my decision. She also was extremely kind and when I am going in to make a purchase, that is what I'm looking for-She wasn't forward or pushy just extremely helpful!!!! Thank you, Erica. I look forward to working with you again.
