  I purchased a bed and nightstands from this location. Initially, there was a miscommunication by the sales consultant regarding price, however, Malisa stepped in and rectified the situation. Shoutout to Malisa for her customer service skills and making it right. That’s what customer service is about.

  Salesman Victor was very professional both on the phone when I called but also when I arrived at the store. Every effort was made to quickly get me to the area of the store where I had indicated an interest in a particular item. All my questions were answered and I quickly made a decision on one particular model. Paperwork was drawn up in a flash and the purchase was finalized. I haven't seen what the delivery will be like but I was frankly surprised at how smoothly the in-store experience proceeded.
