  Worst experience I’ve ever had. Order a washer and dryer set for delivery and the washer was not in stock but the dryer was. That was set up for delivery 3 days later and all went well. The delivery team was excellent and they’re not Lowe’s employees they’re 3rd party. That’s probably the only positive thing I have to say about this experience. The washer was not available at the store so the app said I’d be notified when it arrived. It arrived 3 days later and said it’s available for pickup. I didn’t choose pickup. I choose delivery but because it wasn’t available at the time the dryer was delivered it defaulted to pickup and now nobody seems to be able to change it to delivery. I’ve called the care team, the corporate number and everybody says the same thing. I’ll have to cancel and reorder it but the 4th of July deal ends today so by time my funds are back the deal will have expired. I honestly couldn’t believe that nobody could simply make a change or try to figure out when the delivery team would be in my area and add it to the route. It’s absolutely unacceptable. Niyesha at the corporate office was absolutely useless. She left me on hold for 30 minutes just to simply see if she could honor the price if I did cancel and reorder. The 2 I spoke to at the Lowe’s care center were even more useless and one was a supervisor. The only 2 that were helpful were 2 employees at the store, Lauri and Dominick. If not for them I would have cancelled entirely and had them come pickup the dryer that was delivered and took my business to Home Depot.

  GPS tries to take you to Tully’s and not Lowe’s. When you google Lowe’s located at this address it continues to say you are 6 mins away and showing Tullys as the marked location when clearly it states Lowe’s location!!!!

  If you're a contractor in Onondaga County and you do not use Maiki at the Pro deck, You're MISSING OUT!!!! He has the BEST customer service that I have ever experienced in my whole life! He lets our business know when he will be out, and he tackles all tasks before he clocks out, not leaving anything not completed. I have used 2 other Lowes Pro Desks over the last 4 years in business, and I will NEVER ever go anywhere again. I continue to drive 1 hour to his store, and I will use him for every single order!! Everyone at Lowes take note of this Man!!! He needs a raise and some appreciation!!

  Overall, it was a good experience. The only small issue was at the customer service pickup/return area. The lady assisting me could have been a bit friendlier and more welcoming. She wasn’t rude, but her tone and facial expressions came across somewhat cold and lacked warmth. Other than that, everything else was good.

  I had 48 items delivered from Lowes in Cicero. 42 retaining wall stones, 5 bags of gravel base and a tube of loctite adhesive. I have explicit instructions on my delivery and added my phone number to call w/ any questions. My instructions were NOT followed and I received no call. After talking to the shipping company (One Rail) they told me they got no instructions from Lowes at all. The Lowes rep told me they had my instructions and relayed them. Then the shipping company said they don't deliver to the back of the house because it's like entering your house. I paid $79 for delivery to the back of my house where the order could not be seen from the streets and so I didn't have to carry all those stones from the front of the house to the back. Well the order was left in the front of my house and NO ONE is taking responsibility for the mix up. Lowes WILL NOT answer the phone as I've called and been put on hold then hung up on every time I called which is 5 so far. I should NOT have to pay the full delivery fee since my orders were not followed. If I wanted to save $79 I would have picked them up myself at the store curbside so they could load them for me then I would just drive around the back of my house and unload them. Now I have to do double the work and still pay the full delivery fee! Round 2 of my DEBACLE w/ Lowes in Cicero NY. Not only did Lowes not follow my delivery instructions, they delivered the WRONG stones for my fire pit! After getting in from a late night plane flight, I checked my order this morning (5/22)and they sent the wrong stones. After talking w/ customer service there is NOTHING they can do about making the order correct until TUE. 5/26. I flew in for two days to complete my fire pit project. I leave on Sun. so Lowes refuses to make it right and deliver the correct stones TODAY so I can get my project done. Also, the customer service lady HUNG UP on my wife after my wife told her the answer is unacceptable and the CORRECT stones needed to be delivered today! LOWES in Cicero NY has been a TERRIBLE company to deal w/ and refuses to make THEIR mistake right and expedite this deal.
