Shame on Lowe’s, after purchasing a replacement ceiling fan and paying to have it installed, no show or call on installation date, ton of excuses as to what happened, after returning it there were no carts, all carts were outside in the corrals, garbage at the entryway was overflowing out of the garbage can on to the ground, glass door windows were filthy, obviously the store is poorly managed!!

I bought a Kobalt trimmer and a push mower. They both perform well, I suggest if you can afford them, buy the extra batteries. They function well, but the batteries do die quickly if worked outside of basic normal grass heights. I would recommend both pieces for light/medium duty work. The customer service is excellent.

Item #7451. For about a week and a half now I have been attempting to locate these pieces of trim. I came to the sister store and bought 11 of the 13 they had in stock because two of them were bent and warped. I still needed 30 some pieces additionally. That’s why I’ve been keeping an eye on the inventory in Cicero because that’s the closest location. Yesterday I drove to Clay because their inventory said they had 42 in stock. Upon arrival in Clay, they only had 16 pieces. I checked the stock in Camillus, New York and they said they had 31 in stock. Upon driving to Camillus, New York, they had five in stock. I rechecked the inventory in Cicero again today and it now says there are 23 in stock. Only needing about 16 more pieces. I drove back to Cicero and there were only two on the shelf that were the same bent too that I left there over a week ago. I asked an associate if you could help me locate them and he did. They were on a pallet that was still banded together with other trim boards after waiting about 10 minutes for some additional associates to come help they informed me that they cannot open the pallet because a third-party does it. My question is why is the inventory updated if the products are not available to purchase. I keep driving in circles, trying to accomplish this project for what??? Do better.
