    The in-store staff is friendly and helpful, but the hot tub cover scheduling was a mess. We were told scheduling was 3 weeks out and not to bother scheduling now but to come back in 3 weeks. Scheduled date came and went and then no one called back after our scheduled date. We left multiple voicemails and calls went unanswered after their voice mail promises a call back in 24 hours. Finally, someone came 3 days late just to take measurements. Disappointed with the service. Still no call backs. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

    I currently reside in the town of Clay and have purchased my pool needs from Clear Pools and Spa for several years. The staff is knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to provide accurate information and products for my pool. This year I was in need of a new liner and knew Jim was the person to help me out. He went over liner options with me and ordered a beautiful liner replacement. Weather has not been in our favor, with all the rain in May, but Jim has been in touch and currently provided me with my new liner. My pool is filling as we speak and can’t wait to be able to use it in the coming months. Thank you so much Jim and your team, along with Pete, in providing me with excellent service. I will continue to purchase and recommend you in the future. Thank you again!

    Love this business ! Why.. I have been a pool owner for 30 years. Several years ago this business opened in my town and my pool has never been so easy to maintain. They never sell me chemicals I do not need. They are so courteous and price competitive.

    Business owner are crooks. Assumed the address of the delivery was my parents but they were all wrong. Instead sent the hot tub I purchased to Auburn not Cicero. Owner Pete flipped out at the store. Then is attempting to charge us 500.00 for a new delivery of the hot tub which is insane when they can’t hold themself accountable for their mess up. Pin the entire situation on us. Then they try to talk to my father and convince them it was their son’s wrong doing when it wasn’t.t Initially when buying the hot tub they were supposed to call me the following week to set up a delivery instead failed to. I had to reach out to them and then they relayed to me well Pete said we can’t do it this week. It’s going to be have to be the next week. Again they do not call you. You have to call them. Jim the guy who delivers said to me when I put the hold on the hot tub initially where do you live I told him the street and off of another street and he said oh that’s close not far at all, he knew where I lived but then still delivered the hot tub over a hour away. Upon the so called day of delivery never received a call nor a text telling me we are here where are you. Nope nothing. Instead they drop it on my parents deck and now their HOA is having a fit because they think the hot tub we got sent there by accident is going to cost us money and fines by the HOA. It’s one thing to not take accountability but another to pin the entire situation and problem on us. They don't want to make this right but Pete said to my dad today we will deliver it for 300 not 500. We will take off 200. But then Pete doesn't call back so my dad calls back and Jim said I won't get it for less than 500. Their unprofessionalism here is absolutely disgusting. They strive to create a great customer service experience YEAH RIGHT. Lying on your mission statement and guarantee and treating first time customers like dirt. That’s a great way to do business. Not to mention it’s going to be another 3 weeks or more until I would get it re delivered but the principal of this whole matter is they can’t own up their huge mistake and never clarified what the address it was going to because if they would of said to me that the hot tub was going to the Auburn house I would of immediately said No its not it’s going to my house at …. Instead made us look like the bad ones and now are making us pay. At one point I was settling and going to let them deliver this to my house but I have lost all respect with this small company. I have no desire to own a hot tub from them. They both need a serious attitude adjustment because how you talk to people on the phone is crucial to gaining a new client. We have ZERO desire to keep any product from them. Not to mention the discussions with others and companies are disgusted with them. They don't want to make this right only just walk all over a father and their son. They don't know ethics, nor morality, nor know how to communicate to their customers, and you don't swear in front of a customer regardless of what the situation is. I would think twice before buying a hot tub or having a pool installed by them. They conduct shady business and this isn’t the end.
