From scheduling and providing the quote, to confirming the service and date, everything was smooth sailing. Jen, the owner kept us informed every step with emails/texts. The arborist was clearly a tree expert and never tried to upsell us. He explained the condition of the trees and was willing to provide separate quotes for each part of the work so we could prioritize based on our budget. The two guys who completed the work were professional, courteous and accommodating... they removed two firs, trimmed a huge tree, and cut up a massive part of a tree that had fallen in our yard. They did a great job, cleaned everything up (there wasn't a stray leaf or branch anywhere!) and left the property looking perfect. I highly recommend Walker Tree Service and am especially happy to support a woman-owned company.
