We were in need of a storage unit with 48 hours notice on Memorial Day weekend. Sam at the Chester location was extremely helpful in assisting us for securing a unit, setting up auto pay , downloading the app and giving us all the necessary info for access. Stopped back a couple of days later, to return the lock, they provided as we had our own. Kerry & staff were friendly and helpful. It was really a pleasure to secure this unit with such ease.
