  The delivery team was awesome. Zion and his partner made it happen. I went with other furniture company and they wouldn't even try.. said they did but didnt. Went back and forth since November 2025. Dropped them went with you Raymore and Flanigan. First time. Everything was perfect. I thank them so much. They made my year.   Says a lot about a company that uses Chat GPT to formulate responses to customers reviews. They clearly don't care. Make sure you do your research on pricing before you come here, you can easily get overcharged by the salesman. I was given 3 different prices from 3 different people with a gap of $1000 from the highest quote to the lowest for a bed. They offer next day or two day delivery included with your purchase at no additional cost which is nice but sometimes you have to ask for it. They do have a good exchange policy if the beds do not work out and I highly recommend you get the mattress protector even if its overpriced for the exchange program to take effect. Saved me from being stuck with a $2500 mattress that hurts my back. Even with the mattress exchange program be careful to do your research for the price before you exchange it for a more expensive mattress, they try to rip you off knowing your stuck with a bed thats not suited for you. I recommend going to Raymour at least twice acting like you are shopping for a new mattress before you actually exchange the mattress to get the lowest price for the new mattress when you exchange it.
