- NCNiaz Chowdhury5 days ago1.0I am extremely upset. The guy had 0 clue on what he was doing. He just kept touching the buttons and didnt do a full diagnostic. The pool was not cleaned either. Regardless of the pool pump not working. I didnt need some one to tell me something wasn't working when I called for that reason. This is scam work. Im really upset. Please refund my money. If I call and say my pump isn't working you cant walk in to my pool and say yes it not working now you owe me $200. That's not fair.

- DRDominic RinaldiJun 3, 20265.0I purchased from a local pool store an electrical cord for my pool pump. It wasn’t long enough. I was told that you could not purchase a 6’ cord any longer. I was also told not to go to Leslie’s they wouldn’t have it. I called the saleswoman took the time to look and told me she had it. I ran to the store and it was what I needed. Thanks for your customer service and support.
