- GBGary BrightSep 10, 20262.0I had gone to the East Greenbush store to order/buy a sliding barn door & hardware. What came back from ordering was a substandard door with incorrect specifications. Totally disappointed, and they offered no recourse, other than to trying to reorder. After having waited the first time, for 2-3 wks, I told them not to bother. I've concluded that if you're not spending thousands, they don't really care much. Sad ethics.

- PWPete WelchAug 24, 20261.0Ordered 2-2x12x18' PT boards for stair stringers to be delivered which went okay. Unfortunately, I didn't examine them very well upon arrival. Went to place the stringers and noticed this section in one of them - and the other was marginal with a rough cut appearance on one side so opted to keep it. Had to bring the knotty one back for a replacement which defeated the purpose of having them delivered ($75 charge). There was no compensation for the inconvenience. The worker put it right back in the pile so somebody else will get stuck with it again. Seems like they picked the worst two boards to send me because it was a delivery. The lesson is, I suppose, to not trust them for lumber selection if getting a delivery. That's a big problem.
