Cheap rates, remarkable service. I rented a small unit from Express Storage. I called the 1-800 number while sitting in the parking lot to sign up. 15 minutes later I was the proud new renter of a unit and I immediately walked inside to be greeted by the on-site staff at their Carmel NY location. Mike, the supervisor, was just about to walk up to inspect my unit and make sure it was 100% ready to go. He walked me up, gave me the key and I was on my way. Fast and easy. I appreciate Mike’s help, as well as everyone involved, for providing me a fast and easy experience. Facility was clean and everyone was polite and professional. Two thumbs up.

I am truly highly upset with Extra Space Storage. They keep going up on my unit, and I just check my checking account today. Only to find out they took an additional $100.00. I was never informed about an increase in my unit. What if I didn't have to the additional funds to cover this and I am working on a fix income. I have other bills to pay. This kind of action can put my account in jeopardy. I did not even call them as of yet. But I will be calling them or the corporate office regarding this issue. This is absolutely madness that they can do this. I started out payment $120.00 a month, and since then it has triple this amount.
