I am 80 years old and have done much shopping but this experience was one of the best ! The purchase of a bed was for my 22 year old grandson who attends North Eastern in Boston and as a senior he has rented a new apartment. I have purchased from Raymore many times but this purchase was a pleasure. My salesman was Michael from the Carle Place LI NY store. He was professional, knowledgeable resectf and accommodating. We came in and were immediately greeted by Erick, who was warm, friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we needed, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. What really stood out was his willingness to help load our purchase onto our truck, which was greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to providing exceptional customer service from start to finish. I wanted to take a moment to recognize Michael Diaz at Raymour & Flanigan for the exceptional service he provided to my partner during what could have been a very stressful process.
My partner recently signed the lease for a new apartment and was essentially starting over from scratch with furnishing his bedroom. As anyone who has moved knows, balancing space, storage, budget, delivery timelines, and design choices can quickly become overwhelming. From the beginning, Michael made the entire experience feel manageable and even enjoyable.
I had the opportunity to watch the process unfold firsthand, and what stood out most was how attentive and invested Michael was in understanding his needs. He didn’t simply try to sell furniture, he took the time to listen. He explained to Michael that was downsizing and needed furniture that would maximize storage without making the room feel crowded.
