  From ordering to delivery everything was outstanding. Michael Diaz is the most wonderful and efficient associate I have ever worked with from any furniture store! He made sure every step of the process was easy for me. He handled my custom order and arranged delivery and I never had to follow up once. He is truly a rare gem! Besides that, the couch we got is amazing. Delivery by Jose was seamless and easy he was fantastic as well. I could not recommend them more!!!!!

  My sister and I had an outstanding experience at Raymour and Flanigan. Thanks especially to MD the Mattress expert.. He spent a tremendous amount of time with us and truly understood exactly what we needed based on our body size and the way we sleep. His expertise, patience, warmth, and professionalism was exceptional. MD is a very special person who clearly takes enormous pride in what he does and his knowledge was way beyond impressive. He guided us carefully through the entire process, making us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. The store also has a wonderful selection and variety of mattresses and furniture and their prices are very good. It’s rare today to meet someone so dedicated, caring and genuinely passionate about helping people. We are extremely grateful for his help and highly recommend both MD and Raymour and Flanigan.

  So in September 2022, I purchased a couch from Raymour and Flanagan and of course they got me to get the platinum protection plan in case of any accidents so I had a couple accidents and now trying to get them to service my couch but without them, even coming to my house to view the couch and check the damage they denied my claim and said it was animal damage. Meanwhile, it is under no circumstances animal damage. I do not recommend anybody shopping at the store or purchasing the accidental platinum whatever protection plan because when it comes time to get your couch fixed, they deny you. But what I don’t understand is, how could you tell me that it’s animal damage when you didn’t even come to my house to see if there’s any animals in my house or look at the furniture!!!!!!!!!!! They push you and push you to get the protection plan but when you need to use it, they deny you

  We had a great experience working with Micheal while picking out our couch. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process — especially since it definitely wasn’t an easy decision for us. He took the time to answer all of our questions, walk us through different options, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with our choice. His professionalism and positive attitude made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Micheal if you’re shopping here!

  I see the replies to negative reviews stating to reach out to customer service for immediate assistance. Don’t waste your time because I have reached out so many times. You will be put on hold, transferred, leave a message, try to email, try the app, call the store back… and you will never get this time back. I like my couch and rug but not as much as i dislike working with this company. First they put the couch together wrong, I called same day to have it fixed - it took them a month to come back. The second repair team left some of their equipment in my apartment and then tried to schedule the pick up without regard to my schedule. Next, their delivery team arrived 45 mins early to the second delivery, called when they arrived without any notice and then cancelled my order because I said I couldn’t be down with them for 15 mins. The delivery team member said he would have a supervisor reach out, but that he was leaving… and then he didn’t pick up the phone when i called back 30mins later and didn’t hear from the supervisor. Then my order was straight cancelled … CANCELLED? after waiting 2 months for it to arrive you couldn’t wait less than 15 mins for me to be ready when you were 45 mins early? I called the store… again. Got transferred, on hold for 15mins, then spoke with a man who told me a supervisor would call me in 45mins … you cannot make up this lack of customer service. This is the last time I will use this company. And I will not recommend their service. most of their furniture can be bought elsewhere.
