  Luke’s customer service is out of this world. After an awful experience, Luke changed my whole outlook on the company. Joe, the installer, was also absolutely incredible, kind, patient, and efficient. They both went out of their way to ensure I was fully satisfied in the end.

  Everything was great, from start to finish! Knowledgeable salesman, measurement tech, and installer. Very happy with the finished product too. My only small complaint is the phone system at the store itself. Impossible to get through without hitting the prompt to speak to a designer for a consultation. LOL

  I had an absolutely terrible experience with Blinds To Go’s at-home consultation service, and I would strongly caution anyone considering using them. From the very beginning, the sales rep overpromised everything—fast turnaround times, flawless installation, high-quality materials—you name it. It all sounded great in the moment, but none of it was actually delivered. Once the order was placed, it felt like they completely disappeared. Customer service is practically nonexistent. Calling for help is a waste of time—they don’t answer the phone, and when you do manage to get through, you get no real answers or accountability. There’s no follow-up, no communication, and no sense that they care about fixing issues. What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of integrity. They’ll tell you whatever you want to hear to make the sale, but once they have your money, you’re on your own. The entire experience felt misleading and unprofessional from start to finish. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. This company does not stand behind what they promise. Save your money and go with another company.
