  Bill was so helpful, knowledgeable, kind and no pressure!!! His approach of “do you want me to go with you or get me when you have questions” was PERFECT!! Soo happy! Hopefully the delivery tomorrow will be just as perfect!

  I worked with Bill at your Canandaigua Store I was looking for a matress and he was wonderful! He was patient and knowledgeable. I have a lot of musculoskeletal issues and he clearly knew what I needed! Thank you!

  Actually 1 star is too much for this place. Terrible customer service. Delivered a bed of supposed to be high quality. Within 1 year it was lumpy and in bad shape. Called them and they send a guy that did not even listen to me and what I had to say about it. He did his stupid measurements that did not make sense to the problem I had and told me that there was no problem with the bed. Last time I will deal with this company for anything.

  Bill is awesome -- he knows the products you have and what may be best for each customer. Getting the right product to the client is part of his entire sell..... very easy to work with! We will certainly come back to him for any other needs where R&F can assist
