  I like this Victor store, spent $, love the sales agents, happy with the prices we can negotiate, and really nice furniture. BUT, you know there's going to be a but...delivery schedule window turns out to be a "maybe" . Delivery men are terrific, helpful, polite, but there's always a Delivery issue. Love R&F and will keep going back & recommending.

  This review is more for the delivery vs the store itself. Went in multiple times and finally decided on a couch. Sales people were super friendly and helpful. Pay for the white glove delivery as it’s a large sectional and didn’t want to mess with putting it together. Delivery was on time and the guys were friendly. They got everything together and left in about 25 minutes, the couch was a little crooked so I went to move it and every section only had 1 pin locked in instead of 2 so each section was not secure or tight up to the next. I had to disassemble the entire sectional and reassemble it correctly. What’s the point in paying for “white glove delivery” if I still have to do it myself?

  The salesman (William Joseph) was friendly and patient, showing us several different mattresses. He was not pushy at all. A very positive experience.

  We purchased bunk beds from the store in Canandaigua, our sales person was the manager of the store. He was very professional and helpful. The delivery and setup was included and all went well
