As I'm asking an employee for help, they are talking to another employee about that question because they are in another department to what it sounds like a walkie talkie. All of a sudden they are interrupted with YELLING from a female voice on WHO IS GOING TO GET THAT CURBSIDE ORDER. I was taken back on how rude this lady sounded and now have to wait for that associate to be contacted again with my question because making a call like this apparently kicks you off from any other conversations you could be having wasting my time.
Come to find out it's from their store manager K who likes to yell like this. It's no wonder this store looks in disarray. Who would want to work for a manager like this??
This store is the least put together Lowe's. Syracuse, Oswego and Clay seem to have whatever it is going on. Maybe it's how associates are treated which makes them work better??
There also was a lack of help in Plumbing which I needed help in but was able to get my question answered after the yelling on the phone stopped.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Lowe’s location. Customer service was lacking from the moment I walked in. It was difficult to find anyone available to help, and when I did, the assistance felt rushed and uninterested.
The store was disorganized in several areas, making it frustrating to find what I needed. Products were either out of stock or not where they were supposed to be, and there seemed to be very little communication between employees.
I understand that retail can be busy, but customers deserve friendly service, accurate inventory, and employees who seem invested in helping. Unfortunately, this location fell far short of those expectations. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve these issues or I won’t be going back

Bought a wheelbarrow for $200, staff made me wait 25 minutes in the 95° heat before unlocking it. I went in twice and asked them what the holdup was and they said they would get somebody out there ASAP. After 25 minutes of sweating, the item I already payed for was unlocked!

Absolutely unbelievably poor experience.
I went to Lowe’s to purchase a wheelbarrow. I was told to go to the return desk and ask for someone to unlock them. After waiting about 15 minutes, a manager finally came over. The return desk employee asked the manager if she could unlock the wheelbarrows, and the manager responded, “Anyone can do that, it’s just a combination code,” then walked away with no urgency and no direction.
All the manager had to do was walk outside and unlock it, or clearly assign someone to help. Instead, she gave the employee attitude and left the situation unresolved. I was then told someone would come outside to help me, so I waited outside. Another 15 minutes went by. I went back inside and heard the return desk employee asking for help again. Someone on the radio responded again that it was “just a combination” and that anyone could do it.
This was absolutely abysmal customer service. Part of being a manager is managing, giving direction, and leading by example. After about 40 minutes total, I had to leave without buying anything.
I cannot believe I had to go through all of that just to try to purchase a locked-up wheelbarrow. The manager was literally near the door, with the wheelbarrows right around the corner, and still walked away carelessly and nonchalantly. Very disappointing experience.
