    I bought a 4cycle weed trimmer at the Lowes Camillus Store in October of last year and purchased the 3 year Lowes Protection plan. Tried to start machine this week April 22, 2026, recoil is broken. When I purchased the protection plan I was told if anything goes wrong in 3 years your trimmer will be replaced. Today 4/23/2026 Lowes refused to replace my equipment. They claim since craftsman still has a 2 year warranty I need to contact craftsman. On a $280.00 piece of equipment I bought a 3 year Lowes protection plan for $60.00 and they won't honor it. I bought on 10/10/2025 it was used twice and Lowes wont replace it ! The Lowes Associate guaranteed me if I purchased the protection plan I would be covered for next three years. The manager at Lowes today said "we are going to have to do some coaching" in reference to their employees misrepresenting their protection plans. Not we will honor our customers warranty! NO We will teach our employees to sell our Line of Protection Scams differently. Lowes has become terrible must drive extra distance to Home Depot or ACE Hardware,Tractor Supply, Runnings NO LOWES!

    Employee helen from garden is the absolute sweetest most helpful person I've ever met at a lowes, 10/10 would come back again, lowes really upping their garden game right before summer, good job

    Very disappointed. Was looking to spend money and was completely frustrated. Two gentlemen answered my questions after I had to approach them, only to find one of them watching a movie on their phone at the desk instead of asking if i needed help. Couldnt even take me to the area they told me an item was. Then, after a verified pricing error, the manager would not honor a commitment by an employee to take care of me. I know the difference folks between an 'as-is' markdown, and a corp markdown. First employee apologized to me and said 'if we make a mistake we honor it, that's our policy'. Manager couldn't even bother to come to the desk to speak to me, wasn't interested in customer satisfaction. Left without spending almost $2,000. Only 1 employee greeted me and committed to my satisfaction, he is to be commended. Update 4/16/2026 - While I was pleased to receive your response to call in and discuss, I called in the next day and spoke to the operator who truly wanted to help, but was unable to even find my review and had no clue why I was asked to call in. She offered to take down my concerns and frustrations again, apologized, and insisted it would be sent up to management to review and contact me. It's been over a week and I've heard nothing. I'm sorry, but this is not how a company who is genuinely concerned responds to it's customers.

    I almost always go here for when I am renovating my home. They always seem to have what I need for my house projects. The associates will bring me right to the isle where my product is located and also help me trouble shoot a problem. It is also a good location for my needs,
