- MMMichelle MonnatOct 6, 20261.0This place is a scam. Do not hire these people and if they come to your door do not let them talk to you and convince you to hire them. Because you can't call them and cancel services.
- HGHerb GuentherSep 25, 20265.0It was a very thorough service. Everything looked great. It's convenient that I don't need to be there when the service is being completed
- RRRP RussoSep 24, 20261.0Impossible to reach, your forwarded to a call center with personal one can’t understand and can do Nothing.
- DDDanSep 20, 20265.0So far so good. Every person looks professional and asks if I need anything. They take pictures of their work and send it when they finish which is nice. Was cheaper then my last company.
- DGDrazen GasicSep 8, 20261.0I had a terrible experience with a sales representative operating in Webster, NY, who was not licensed. The interaction was not only high-pressure but also very deceptive. Despite my repeated requests for him to leave, he persisted. He claimed to be a regional manager offering personalized service, yet he couldn't send me the proposed offer via email because he typically didn't communicate that way. When I asked for his phone number so I could reach out another time, he refused and instructed me to contact the main office instead. This so-called personalized service felt quite the opposite, especially coming from someone who left on an electric scooter.

What pests do you treat?

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
