- DSDarvin SanabriaJul 15, 20261.0"I had a great initial experience here thanks to the polite young woman who helped me, but today’s encounter was completely different. When I asked about upgrading my unit, the man in the office was incredibly dismissive. Instead of acting like a professional—who would have simply apologized and asked me to return later—he was rude and made it clear he had no desire to help or work. His tone was condescending and completely uncalled for. This is not how you treat paying customers. Management should look into who they have representing their business."
- BMButterfly MarteJul 11, 20264.0Abraham is friendly and He is very attentive and explains everything; the place is clean.
- CKC KJun 2, 20265.0Very friendly, real people who will work with you and tell you exactly what's needed with the description you can provide. First time re using a storage unit after a horrid prior experience and i must say I've now left that behind. Could vary location to location but this one, no complaints
