When I asked about upgrading my unit, the man in the office was incredibly dismissive. Instead of acting like a professional—who would have simply apologized and asked me to return later—he was rude and made it clear he had no desire to help or work. His tone was condescending and completely uncalled for. This is not how you treat paying customers. Management should look into who they have representing their business."
