  We shop here frequently and have purchased 7 or 8 pieces without issue. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. In particular, Frank, went above and beyond to help me on my most recent visit. We were able to get a really good deal on a sofa, marble coffee table, and XL rug that we are constantly get compliments on.

  I have been shopping RH Outlet since they first opened in LA and this is by far the best outlet location. The team, the curation, the pricing ... I always manage to leave with something in my hands or to be delivered. Today Cat and Mackenzie helped me look through their rug collection. Cat also remembered I was interested in bed linens the last time I was in and shared they just started to receive them and would let me know when more arrive. She also added me to their system in case my next sofa - the sorensen in black leather - would be coming in! While RH doesn't offer delivery, I've used both companies they have contact info for, Luka's and Tarzian, and both have completed multiple white glove deliveries for me in NYC. Pro-tip - they have TWO ... CLEAN restrooms. Open to the public. Unheard of in NYC. Great things to note: Delivery is self-coordinated - they cannot help set this up Pick up is within one day - other locations may offer two days New items arrive on Tuesdays Final sale THANK YOU AGAIN CAT AND MACKENZIE!! I'm excited to return and hopefully replace my cloud and collect a few more stone pieces for my new place.

  While not outright rude, the head sales associate (tall guy) had a hell of an attitude. Not the kind of service I’d expect when potentially dropping several thousand on furniture.

  We recently purchased a beautiful media console from this RH outlet. There was some minor damage which is why it was at the outlet. Peter was incredibly helpful with making the decision on the purchase. While RH doesn't do delivery. We were given some options of third party companies to contact. The delivery companies I contacted were professional and extremely responsive. Would definitely purchase again from this location.
