  While not outright rude, the head sales associate (tall guy) had a hell of an attitude. Not the kind of service I’d expect when potentially dropping several thousand on furniture.

  We recently purchased a beautiful media console from this RH outlet. There was some minor damage which is why it was at the outlet. Peter was incredibly helpful with making the decision on the purchase. While RH doesn't do delivery. We were given some options of third party companies to contact. The delivery companies I contacted were professional and extremely responsive. Would definitely purchase again from this location.

  Went here on 5/3/2026. The staff member present was incredibly rude. I’ve bought several pieces from the store before, but will not be going back.

  Staff appears to be selective with who they chose to interact with. I was the store for 15 minutes & walked past 3 associates. I was not greeted nor offered help. 1 star for poor service.
