The only good thing about the store besides the items was Edwin who was super nice and helpful. The other employees seemed to be only helping based on looks or hounding you down to make a purchase, with no space to breathe. They need a revamp of employees last year they had purely rude employees.

I’ve been shopping with RH for years, and my experience with Frank M. at the Brooklyn location deserves its own review. He is one of those rare people who makes you feel genuinely welcome and understood from the moment you start talking with him. I showed Frank photos of my home and explained the look I was hoping to achieve. He paid close attention, asked thoughtful questions, and helped me consider pieces that would actually work in my space. He has a great eye for design, but what impressed me most was that he took the time to understand what I wanted. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. During my visit, I watched Frank help multiple customers. Even while juggling several conversations, he stayed patient, gracious, and fully engaged with each person. When it was my turn, I had his complete attention. That level of professionalism is hard to find. Furniture at RH is an investment, and choosing a piece is about more than liking how it looks in a showroom. You want to know it will feel right in your own home. Frank understands that. He offered honest, useful insight and made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ve considered other high-end furniture brands, including Arhaus, but service like Frank’s is a major reason I keep coming back to RH. He represents the brand beautifully. If you visit the Brooklyn location, I highly recommend asking for Frank M.

We shop here frequently and have purchased 7 or 8 pieces without issue. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. In particular, Frank, went above and beyond to help me on my most recent visit. We were able to get a really good deal on a sofa, marble coffee table, and XL rug that we are constantly get compliments on.

I have been shopping RH Outlet since they first opened in LA and this is by far the best outlet location. The team, the curation, the pricing ... I always manage to leave with something in my hands or to be delivered. Today Cat and Mackenzie helped me look through their rug collection. Cat also remembered I was interested in bed linens the last time I was in and shared they just started to receive them and would let me know when more arrive. She also added me to their system in case my next sofa - the sorensen in black leather - would be coming in! While RH doesn't offer delivery, I've used both companies they have contact info for, Luka's and Tarzian, and both have completed multiple white glove deliveries for me in NYC. Pro-tip - they have TWO ... CLEAN restrooms. Open to the public. Unheard of in NYC. Great things to note: Delivery is self-coordinated - they cannot help set this up Pick up is within one day - other locations may offer two days New items arrive on Tuesdays Final sale THANK YOU AGAIN CAT AND MACKENZIE!! I'm excited to return and hopefully replace my cloud and collect a few more stone pieces for my new place.

While not outright rude, the head sales associate (tall guy) had a hell of an attitude. Not the kind of service I’d expect when potentially dropping several thousand on furniture.
