    I went to Raymond and Flanigan and spoke to a nice sales person name Dale who helped with a mattress I purchase. I came back the next day to purchase a set of nice beautiful leather sofa. She is the best customer service I had! Come to her for anything you need. I recommend her!!

    Arlene was extremely helpful throughout the entire furniture shopping process. She took the time to make thoughtful suggestions based on my style and needs, while also giving me the space to think things through without feeling pressured or rushed. Her patience, professionalism, and guidance made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable in the end

    We really tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt. But it has now gotten to a point of ABSURDITY! We ordered the Forest Hill couch in a custom color with the cuddles piece on Feb 16th..when they first tried delivering the couch, my husband realized they sent us 2 right side pieces. They delivery people informed us that they messed up amd grabbed the wrong piece from the warehouse and to call raymour to schedule a redelivery. At almost no point in trying to get that rectified, were the managers of raymour connecting with eachother to solve our problem. We were told that the new correct couch piece would be delivered by May 8th. However, it took for us to walk into the store(after waiting another 4 weeks) angrily for another manager, named Gerald, to promise to give us a call that following Monday with a follow up. We got the call from Raymour at 6:45pm, telling us that the piece came in damaged!! At this point we have been waiting 3 months for a couch that was supposed to get to us 4-6 weeks after our purchase during the president's day sale! We should've gone back to the location in long island instead of the one in Gateway! They're unhelpful, unprofessional, and we are very regretful of giving them our business. Never to return after this whole ordeal! Definitely calling They're corporate office in the morning!

    I enjoyed my first experience at the store. My mom and I went to purchase some mattresses and we kind of had an idea already what kind mattresses we preferred. Josefina Recio was the consultant that helped us. She was very friendly and polite. My mom wanted a firm mattress preferably blue in color. Josefina showed us a few and I told her my price range was 1,500. Josefina asked if we needed box spring and that was great cause I didn't even think about the full size box spring needed. My order came about 1,600 and some change for 4 items. I will be going back to purchase a kitchen island soon.

    I had such a great experience working with Asia while shopping for furniture and being pregnant. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their customers and provides excellent service, I highly recommend asking for Asia. She made furniture shopping enjoyable and seamless!
