  Josefina Recio was incredibly informative and patient. She was not pushy or aggressive, and she actually gave us ample private time to discuss our questions. We had several inquiries, and she answered all of them thoroughly. After our conversation, we decided to make a purchase and called her. To our surprise, it turned out that it was her day off, which we had overlooked as she had mentioned earlier. Despite this, she came in to meet us on her day off, demonstrating her unwavering dedication and going above and beyond. Her exceptional service left a lasting impression on us, and we are definitely planning to return for our next purchase. Thank you so much Josefina

  Had a great experience shopping at Raymour last week . My furniture consultant Jacob Ocho helped me find the perfect bedroom set for my new home. I appreciate his patience and understanding when I told him I had to leave and come back in the middle of helping me search for the right set but when I came back he remember where we left off at so we could continue with the shopping. He also made gave me a follow up text to make sure everything went smooth after my furniture was delivered. I appreciate you all at Raymour and will definitely be buying again

  My mother and I visited Raymond and Flanagan to purchase a sofa set. The quality of the furniture was amazing. We picked out a set that fit well for my mother. Josefina was a pleasaure to work with. Efficient, respectful and worked within our budget means.   I went to Raymour & Flanigan today to purchase a sofa bed for my living room, and I had the pleasure of working with Aisa. She was incredibly kind, patient, and never made me feel rushed. She made me feel like she had all the time in the world to answer my questions and help me find the right sofa.
