My experience at Raymour on flatbush ave was great. Cynthia was so amazing and so helpful. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to come to this location because of her. The ladies at customer service were also sweet and nice. I am completely satisfied with my experience here

I would like to share our truly outstanding experience purchasing furniture, and it is important to say that this purchase happened specifically thanks to Khrystyna Balanetska.

Customer service representative at the front desk was unpleasant, unprofessional, and very disrespectful. I asked for assistance, but she was unwilling to help. I ended up driving to a different location for assistance, and as soon as I arrived there, everything I requested was already in the system and handled without any issues.
Purchased my sofa in 2021, also bought platinum protection. I didn’t have sofa long and my cushions were sagging bad. Raymour replaced it, I didn’t want another sofa because I liked the one I had. Back in February 2026 I was having the same issue with the cushions, first technician just squeezed the foam between the other foam and made it look even, 2 weeks later sagging again. Another technician came out took all the foam out and fit the new foam evenly between the other foam. Needless to say, that didn’t last long either. I call today and ask if they can give me two new cushions instead of wasting their time. And mine.
It’s very uncomfortable to sit on and very annoying because you can’t get comfortable. My husband is disabled and has kidney disease, and finds it painful to sit on it because the cushions are crooked. I’ve tried rotating them turning upside down. And still it’s crooked and sagging.
I called today to get another Service appointment and spoke to Monique, and was adamantly told my protection expired in February. I told her but I started this claim before it expired and it’s been an on going problem And not my fault whatever foam techs are using is not helping the situation..She’s telling me I have to pay now for a service app. I told Raymour from the beginning the cushions need to be replaced, I was told they have to see if they can fix it first, and if not they would see if they will replace the cushions. Now it’s a different story, and I can’t get anything unless I pay for it , and might not even get the cushions that would make a lot more sense instead of sending technicians out that are not helping the situation.
I’ve purchased a lot of furniture from Raymour, but After this , I don’t think I will be buying from them anymore. And when I asked for supervisor, Monique said they will tell me the same thing and wouldn’t direct my call to them.
My problem is with the cushions nothing else, so why can’t I get this resolved? I started claim way before it expired.. same issue nothing different.
