  Mitchell really helped us have a pleasant experience. He really provided useful feedback, offered water, gave us space to really look at the showroom and served as a practical guide. I felt like he was chasing our satisfaction and not a commission. I would return to the Marine Park location for sure.

  If they offer you a promotional gift Visa card after you make your purchase, you might never get it! -The items I ordered online were on back order. A representative called me and suggested I buy similar but more expensive items instead and in return, I'd get a $250 visa gift card in my email. Good deal, right?? It would've been, if I actually got what I was offered. -Instead, after a whole month of phone calls, online chats, and emails. I got a refund for half the amount of the promised gift card, and the other half on a store gift card. There's literally nothing I need or want from this store for $125, it's completely useless to me. If the $250 gift card cannot be provided, then refund me the $250. I'll never recommend making a purchase from here. I feel like I was lied to so the rep could secure the sale.

  Nick is always so helpful and patient. He works with you diligently to get the exact product that meets your needs as a customer! Would highly recommend this location! Extremely satisfied with all of the furniture I have purchased from here. Will not go anywhere else!

  We had an amazing experience at the store, and Cynthia made it even better! She was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us compare different sectionals, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Thanks to Cynthia, we found the perfect couch for our home. Her outstanding customer service made furniture shopping enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you, Cynthia, for going above and beyond—we truly appreciate all your help!

  Mitchell was an excellent salesperson who really cared about every step of the process. He was very knowledgable of the products and showed a real care that we should be satisfied and went out of his way to ensure that. I would definitely recommend Raymour and Flanigan based on the experience I had.
