  Kudos to Cynthia the sales woman who helped me. She is very knowledgeable of all the furniture in the showroom, extremely pleasant and a great salesperson. She will get you what you need and see to it the price is reasonable. I look forward to receiving my new furniture.

  Ricardo was great to work with. He went above and beyond to help me with my online order. It took at least 2 hours of him helping me because I was ordering from my phone then I changed to my ipad. If he was annoyed he never acted like it. I'd rate him 8 stars if it were an option.

She spent several hours with me, patiently helping me look at different options, answering every question I had, and making sure I felt completely confident before making my decision. Buying a couch is a big purchase, and I honestly wasn’t sure what I wanted when I walked in. Masha never rushed me or pressured me. She listened to what I was looking for, understood my needs, and guided me through the entire process with so much patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Because of her, I ended up making a very significant purchase that I am extremely happy with. I truly believe I wouldn’t have made the same decision without her help. She went far above and beyond what I expected from a salesperson. Masha is the kind of person every business should have—knowledgeable, patient, honest, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure her customer has a great experience. She made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming purchase into an enjoyable experience. If you’re shopping for furniture, ask for Masha!   My husband and I visited Raymour & Flanigan on Flatbush Avenue to purchase a sectional, and we were initially a little overwhelmed by the incredible selection of options. We were greeted by Paul, who was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process. Paul gave us the time and space we needed to explore our options and figure out what would work best for us, while also being readily available to answer our questions and address any concerns. We never felt pressured, and his knowledge and attentiveness made the experience easy and enjoyable. We ultimately purchased a beautiful sectional and couldn’t be happier with both our purchase and the exceptional service we received. We would absolutely recommend working with Paul if you’re shopping at Raymour & Flanigan on Flatbush Avenue!

  I closed on my home back in February, and on the day of closing, I came straight to the Raymour & Flanigan Marine Park location to start picking out furniture for our entire home for my family of four. That’s when I met Cynthia R., and she has been absolutely AMAZING from day one! Cynthia was incredibly patient as I chose pieces to outfit our home. Since that first visit in February, I’ve been back SEVERAL times to change my order. 😂 Our home was a complete gut renovation, so naturally, as the design evolved, so did my mind about the furniture! Through every single change, Cynthia has been patient, helpful, and never made me feel like I was being a bother. At one point, the sofas I had on hold were running low in inventory and weren’t going to be restocked. Cynthia promptly called me to give me a heads-up and suggested that I at least have the sofas delivered since those were two pieces I had consistently kept in my design. That kind of attention and follow-through is exactly what great customer service looks like. Fast-forward to now: the house is FINALLY finished, and I officially scheduled my furniture delivery…only to come back TWO DAYS LATER and change another item! 😂 At this point, Cynthia just laughs and says, “See you next week!” every time I leave. Her customer service is truly TOP TIER. Furniture shopping with Cynthia hasn’t even felt like shopping—it’s been like kee-keeing with ya big sis while decorating your house! She made what could have been an overwhelming process genuinely fun. Now that the house is finished and the furniture is finally being delivered, I’m actually going to miss my regular visits with her! 😂 If you’re shopping at the Marine Park location, ASK FOR CYNTHIA R. You’ll be in excellent hands. She’s patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and just an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you, Cynthia, for helping turn our newly renovated house into a HOME! ❤️🏡
