  I’m very disappointed in this service worker didn’t know how a complete sweep of an apartment, looks like or what is required because nothing was moved. A waste of $300. I had to be the one to tell the worker how to do their job because I’ve done this before it was just annoying. I wouldn’t advise anybody to use this Agency because you’re just gonna be throwing money in the garbage waste of time , I still caught mice running around. I had hire to Someone else to do the job Correctly.

  Absolutely love this company! This is our second time using them—we first worked with them when we lived in Harlem, and now again in Brooklyn. Their team is always so friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They don’t hesitate to walk you through what’s going on and educate you on the pest issue while they’re actively taking care of it, which we really appreciate. Truly such a delight to work with—we’ll definitely continue using them in the future!

  Nice and prompt, but missed a few holes and so didn't take care of the baby mice. I had to hire a second exterminator. Wouldn't suggest spending your money here.

  I had a problem with roaches I called up one hour pest control they had somebody come out to me within 45 minutes and they took care of the problem I really appreciate their work I highly recommend their services To my friends and family 5 star in my book
