I’m very disappointed in this service worker didn’t know how a complete sweep of an apartment, looks like or what is required because nothing was moved. A waste of $300. I had to be the one to tell the worker how to do their job because I’ve done this before it was just annoying. I wouldn’t advise anybody to use this Agency because you’re just gonna be throwing money in the garbage waste of time , I still caught mice running around. I had hire to Someone else to do the job Correctly.

Absolutely love this company! This is our second time using them—we first worked with them when we lived in Harlem, and now again in Brooklyn. Their team is always so friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They don’t hesitate to walk you through what’s going on and educate you on the pest issue while they’re actively taking care of it, which we really appreciate. Truly such a delight to work with—we’ll definitely continue using them in the future!

I called One Hour Pest Control and Mike fit me in for the next day. We had some mice coming into the house but were not sure where they were coming from. Ray and Little Hercules came in and immediately found all of the holes and entry points and put poison and cemented them up. They did a thorough walk through of the entire house making sure not to miss anything. Not only are they reasonably priced but they are very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I can't thank you guys enough!! Trust me if you're having a rodent issue these are the guys to call!! You will not be disappointed!

I had a problem in my apartment, that unfortunately our landlord is to cheap and lazy to do it himself, so I took matters into my own hands. I had some rodents so I contacted One Hour Pest Control within one hour they came. After two visits and dealing with a very respectful and nice man. I am rodent free thank you so much Darrell!!!
