  The place was clean and the staff were friendly and informative. I left a kitten that I had found on the street there in hopes he would find a safe loving home. They did take a long time to get to me as I was there for over an hour just to drop the stray off. I do understand that there could of been other important issues however! I hope they find him a happy home and all the other animals they have in their care.

  Rude as helll I wouldn’t call them even if they were the last people on earth. I called asking for help and the guy was extremely rude and nasty. Ugh better off taking your money elsewhere.

  Rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life. I have a dead baby bird on my fire escape and have no idea what to do and I thought they’d climb the ladder one floor up to help dispose and not enter my small apartment with the dead animal. He hung up on me and I believe blocked my number. Left me in tears because I have no idea what to do

  there was a pregnant bird outside by the tree who could not walk was in a lot of pain, my friends an i tried to call and get some help because it looked like she needed it. the guy picked up an blocked my number right after
