- ATAndrey Timofeev5 days ago1.0Terrible service. They delivered the wrong item — somehow confused a garden hose with a flower stand. Nobody in support can solve this simple problem. The support staff are completely useless and only seem capable of helping people place a new order if they don’t know how to use a phone.

The sales associate Mohammed, who tried to cover his name tag with a paper barcode, decided it was ok to bring a customer from another part of the store to the front of the line, COMPLETELY ignoring those who was there first. Sales associate Heaven then decided to not have the professionalism or courtesy to ask do we mind waiting a min so she can assist him? Instead she ignored us like we were invisible and wasn’t patiently waiting while she was assisting a customer who was already there. That was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! ALL customers should be treated fairly. Then when I said to her that we were all waiting before him, she said, “ well I’m the supervisor “. As a “supervisor “ , she should instruct her subordinate to not cover his name tag and have any customers needing help, to join the line and wait like every one else.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
