I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Lowe’s King Plaza. I purchased an item through Instacart that was defective and had to be returned. Lowe’s processed the return and sent the refund back to Instacart, which was supposed to issue me a store credit. Unfortunately, more than a month has passed, and I still have not received my money or any resolution.
I have called the store multiple times a day, every day, for weeks, and no one answers the phone. I even went to the store in person, where there were only two customers ahead of me, yet I waited over an hour just to speak with someone. After finally speaking with a manager, I was told I would receive a callback with an update. It has now been four days, and I have heard absolutely nothing.
At this point, I am out nearly $200, and no one seems willing or able to help. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to spend weeks chasing down a refund that should have been handled properly from the beginning.
I would strongly encourage management to improve customer service practices and communication. No customer should be treated this way.

Had a really solid trip to Lowe’s today. What stood out most was how friendly and helpful the staff were. I was looking for some specific hardware and couldn’t find it on my own. An employee noticed I was searching, came right over, and walked me straight to the aisle. He even gave me tips on which brand held up better for my project.
Everyone I interacted with was in a good mood and willing to help. Checkout was quick and the cashier was genuinely pleasant — not just going through the motions. Store was clean, aisles were organized, and I got in and out without any hassle.
*Pros:* Friendly, knowledgeable staff who actually help, clean store, easy checkout
*Cons:* Can get busy on weekends, but the staff still make time for you
This Lowe’s is my go-to now just because of the service. Makes home projects way less stressful when the people actually want to help.

The staff member Kyle is extremely unprofessional. After being directed to him for help with getting cable cutters, he seemed to completely ignore me, walk past me, and proceed to align the Fabuloso bottles in front of me instead. Because that’s more important. As I stood there watching him ignore me the other staff member even reminded him that I needed help. Absolutely ridiculous.

Absoluetly the worst customer service and experience. We purchased a 12ft ply to be cut we were told to go to the back and someone will come to the back and help us out. I had walked back and forth multiple times asking multiple people and all they said was wait wait wait. As im writting this review I am still currently waiting and this is horrible. Multiple people are waiting for wood to be cut. No care for customer service and multiple workers walki g the floor and “flirting” with customers and other co-workers. Very dissapointed!!
