  I am so disappointed in this laundromat. I have been coming to this specific laundromat for years. The price continues to go up for the machines without notice. The dryers use to be very hot where one drying cycle my clothes were dry, now the dryers are barely hot and you have to constantly put more money just to dry. You use to give free detergent, now it's nothing. You use to have free drying sheets, now nothing. Lots of people I know including myself come here because of the space and use to be good machines and dryers. Now this laundromat is a big disappointment. I will no longer come here and tell all of my friends who come here to stop coming here unless things change for the better. The one thing that stood out to me was the fact that if you put $20 on your card with cash you would receive a bonus $2, now you receive nothing. Please bring that back. Sincerely a very long time very disappointed customer.

  One of the vending machines at your establishment did not dispense the soap I paid for. It got stuck, and I lost $9 without receiving the product. I contacted the phone number posted on the notice board, but no one responded. This is very disappointing customer service, and I am still waiting for a reply. Also, every time I visited, there was someone smoking marijuana inside the establishment. This is very disrespectful to customers who cannot tolerate the smell and constant smoke. There should be a designated area for smokers. I hope someone can contact me soon to resolve the issue and refund the money I lost due to the machine malfunction.
