Great experience working with Fresh Step! We coordinated dryer vent cleaning for our 24-unit condominium community, and they were professional, responsive, and very accommodating throughout the process. They offered excellent pricing and made scheduling easy for our residents. Highly recommend!

We live in a gated community with HOA. We are required to have our dryer vent cleaned every year. We have been using Fresh Step for years. They always provide safe, reliable and professional service at a reasonable price. They show up on time and are always courteous. They also quickly provide the written documentation necessary to send back to my HOA. A pleasure to deal with, highly recommend!

We've used FreshStep several times for rug cleaning and tile/grout cleaning and have always been very satisfied with their services. The tile and especially the grout lines look amazing. Jeffrey and Miguel are pleasant, professional and efficient. We will continue to use Fresh Step!!

I must say, this company was extremely professional, responsive, and efficient! I reached out while I was at work, and they responded within minutes and were able to schedule me for a same-day appointment. They did a great job cleaning my vent and also provided helpful recommendations for the next steps. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and professionalism from start to finish. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone in my development. Highly recommend!
