Advertised price is a lie, and rent increases are large and frequent. My rent went up 144% in the first year— and they don't even let you use their trash can.
Also, there's often no dollies downstairs because people use them and don't return them, but if you talk to the front desk about it they just tell you to wait and refuse to help you find one
